McDonald’s

I live around here. I come here all the time, I have to say it’s the worst mc Donald’s I ever experience every time. Order taker never smiles and always rude. They also take a long time to take your order. So sad that I’m stuck with this mc Donald’s because it’s really close to me. I wish they change the management and replace all the workers.

Read the other reviews. Thought how bad can a McDonalds be? They have corporate standards they have to adhere to, right? Wrong!!!
Poor counter service. Horrible attitude. I ordered 2 McDoubles and two small fries — should be as close to a grab and go order as you get. NOPE!!!
No fries ready. Fry machine going off, beeping like crazy. Nobody’s paying attention. Burgers being made from patties kept in a warming tray.
Somebody finally dumps the fries into the holding tray from the frier but nobody puts them in the bag. The lone counter person finally gets back to my order, asks «how many fries???» like it’s some surprise order. I confirm «two», then she goes on to fill a drink order from somebody who came after me.
It took 10 minutes from placing the order to receiving it.
Saying This place is under staffed and poorly managed is an understatement! There was no manager in sight, just the kids working the counter and assembling the meals.
Top the poor service off with dated décor and a parking lot that is horribly small and this place is a disaster!!!
Don’t waste your time. There are too many other places to get horrible fast food!!!

It is truly disgusting, mold on the roof from a leaky ceiling, Mice and bugs roaming free, the worst laziest staff you can find, noisy, Manager is a waste has no control over his staff… I can’t believe the board of health has not shut this horrible, disgusting place down yet… Everything about this place is a disgrace, The workers, Service, food

This McDonald’s location is something you would expect to see in a third world country. The service is horrible. The food is horrible. (even by McDonald’s standards) This establishment is filthy and I dare not mention what I saw in the bathroom. There is a perfectly normal McDonald’s ten minutes away that is well worth the drive if you feel the need to have McDonald’s.

Closed by 1am. Dirty place. No mcafe. It basically isn’t even a real McDonald’s. I’m so disappointed that Iwish this place didn’t exist.

Worst McDonald ever !!! OMG try drive through it will kill you !!

So bad! My in-​laws live down the block and went to pick up some lunch for everyone… never again. I will drive to the other one 2 miles away next time. Girl at registered was almost zombie-​like. Didn’t even know the name of the current special burger when I ordered it. She had to turn to look at the menu to see what i was talking about. Forgot to pack my whole order and got 3 out of 4 burgers wrong. Yikes

Ouch, not the best McDonald’s I’ve experienced, and that’s being very kind.
The first two times i went, no not once, twice, on different days… they were out of soda.
Ordered the «Daily Double» three separate times and two out of the three, the meat was barely room temperature. I know sometimes these things just happen, but they have to know that you expose the horrible reality of low quality, synthetic meat when the burger is served cold, and us folks do not need to be reminded of what we are really eating because this could actually make us come to our senses!
So yea, stay away from this particular location if you like soda and hot burgers.

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds I have even been to.
Have tried this place at different times of day, different days.
One thing is they are definitely consistent with their product… always get food that is cold, been lying around and old.
I live right around the corner from this place but I drive 10 minutes to the other McD’s instead.

OMG! This McDonald’s never changes! The worse ever!!! Fries are nasty, burgers taste like they been sitting for hours. Only came here cuz I didn’t have my car for the weekend cuz if I did, I would go to the other McDonald’s further up Hylan across from Autozone. My son is 5 so of course he wants the «Happy Meals» & he’s never happy with them. They only have 1 toy @ a time while the REAL MCDONALD’S further up Hylan has all of them. Went to this hell hole for the Madagascar 3 promotion. They ended up only having Gia. The female lion. Went up to the better McDonald’s & I got all of the toys in one shot! Right now their doing the Ice Age 3 promotion & same nonsense. 1 toy! I’m gonna end up going to the better McDonald’s tomm & I know I’ll be able to get all the toys over there. Same your hard earned money. Don’t give it to this shit hole! How it’s still open amazes me!!! CLOSE THIS HELL HOLE DOWN! CLOSE IT DOWN! CLOSE IT DOWN!!!

Terrible. Dirty, rude staff and no baby changing table in their filthy bathroom. I wouldn’t even change my kid in there if they did have one. They also close the dining room an hour earlier than their sign says and they tell you if you want to order, you have to walk up to the drive-​thru window. Id definitely rather go to the other McDonalds further up Hylan Blvd.

The worst McDonald’s on Staten Island, taste of food is okay, but they always used to mess up our orders every time we came here. This is well known as «Stupid McDonald’s» for me. So, for those of you who are looking for a fast food restaurant to snack on, do not go here. They WILL mess up your order.
