Jill is the best. Always gets my order right! Fast food restaurants need a work horse like her!

Must be new manager and there are new employees. There is a new menu board that’s easier to read. The place improved a lot. The senior men who used to linger for hours are gone. I came here on what happened to be Mother’s Day and one of the cashiers handed me a beautiful white carnation and said Happy Mothers Day. I happen to love carnations and I don’t have children so I was quite taken by that gesture. Then while eating I was greeted by another employee who asked if we needed or wanted anything snd to let her know if we did. She also thanked us for coming as we were leaving. We had our usual breakfast which is always good.
I would give it 5 stars but even though McD now offers breakfast all day and night they don’t offer the breakfast meals so everything is ala crate and they raised the price if their coffee and decreases the size of the container. I still like this McD over any others, but now I like it even more.

I give one star because they took more than one visit to rectify my burnt breakfast. I give Luis and Krystal 5 stars because they finally got my breakfast right. They can do their job with their eyes closed. Unfortunate they rest can’t be like them. They are always doing mistakes and lack customer service. Who in their right mind would serve something burnt??? Then they fail to fix the problem correctly. Wake up and look at what you are giving people!!!

I was there last night and as usual I stated «no cheese». And as usual there was cheese on my burgers. This happens often. Too often and that’s why you should check all your food before you leave.

Ok so this McDonald’s claims to be open 24 hours. I work late night and I get out at varying times depending on business but no matter what time I show up at night they tell me they are doing a 15 minute reboot of the system. So I decide to come back 15 minutes later and they tell me the same thing. I asked the person on the intercom, «another 15 minutes?» He tells me it will be 15 minutes. I have come here multiple times and at different times of the night after work. I like be the place but cannot understand why every single time for the last 3 days in a row at different times of the night there is a system reboot. Literally every single time.

They have six people running around like crazy, but line doesn’t get any shorter for a long time. Cashier actually goes and does the whole order by herself, when all other people doing nobody knows what. Stay away if you value your time, better take some extra minutes and drive further down the street to BK.

When i first came here, i tasted the food, and it tasted horrible. So i decided to look it up on the internet and it said that there was pink slime in the meat. I am never eatig at any Mc Donalds again!

Nice decoration inside, but can be dirty sometimes. I would give 3 stars, but… ehh… food is bland. No flavor in anything. I’ve experienced way better McDonald’s than this one. Other McDonald’s put more flavor in their food. This one they don’t.

The people who work here are short of brain dead. God help you if you try to order the new coffees. they WILL screw it up EVERY time! And if you hate kids stay out of all Mcdonalds… this is the worst.

No, I’m not PMS’ing or pregnant, and thus have no biological reason for craving some fries with that shake, shake booty. But nothing goes better with a bff and a hot day in Staten Island then some golden arch goodness. Cholesterol and swimsuit season be damned.

oh yeah.
sometimes you just gotta do it. i’m telling you, pregnancy takes over all rational thought sometimes. i NEVER ate at mcdonald’s (as an adult) until this food crave thing started. and, i don’t remember it ever being this good!
THAT’S RIGHT.
I said it was good. Bring on another bigmac please! The dude who put mine together the other day was a god with the special sauce. so generous. i loves special sauce.
