Their website states that they specialize in bridal services such as hair and makeup but don’t be fooled and do not trust them to do your hair.
Luckily I only went in for a hair trial before my sisters wedding. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it didn’t even come close. I wanted my hair down in curls and pinned up at the crown. She didn’t tease or spray my hair prior to curling and had the audacity to tell me to return the night before so she can blow out and set my hair and the day of the wedding she will continue to curl. Only one attempt was made to create my look and nothing was done to rectify the issue. I cancelled my appointment for the day of the wedding and sent them an email with my dissatisfaction and mentioned I shouldn’t have been charged. Their reply was they’re sorry I wasn’t satisfied and wanted to know if they should cancel the makeup application as well. They even had pictures of what the «updo» looked like and that’s all the tell me?
I will never do business here again and it’s a shame because their cosmetic line is great and Emanuella does great makeup (according to her social media site)
