Annie was so helpful and accommodating. No one wants to deal with unwelcome visitors in their apartment and JB got them out. Would recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely worthless. One of the women that works the phone line there is a complete b*tch. I called them to let them know I would be across the street at a coffee shop and she yelled (over my talking by thew ay) that the exterminator is «NOT GONNA COME LOOKIN FOR YA» in this terrible Staten Island accent. Uh, sorry I don’t recall asking anyone to come look for me, I didn’t want to stay in the apartment YOU’RE paid to exterminate so I went across the street. Apparently, if you’re not there, they just leave, no heads up on when they’re coming, no phone call, nothing. I have no idea why my landlord uses them, they’re TERRIBLE.

Horrible service– DO NOT USE. They came to spray for mice but did not do a complete job and the mice were back within a few hours! Because my landlord has a contract with them, they had to be the ones to come back and complete the job correctly. However, during the time that they scheduled to return, no one showed up and there was zero communication to inform us that they would not be coming at all. When we called them to inquire about where they were, they said that their man called in sick and we were rescheduled for a different week day. This has been a horrible experience that I wish on no one, and because they still have not come, my home has continued to be infested with mice for two weeks. Do not use J&B.

I was forced to use them because they have a contract with my landlord. They never communicated with me beforehand and then failed to show up at the confirmed time. If you can avoid using them, do so.

they treated me worse than the pests.
