Mr. Janowitz came to the house last month and gave an estimate that he stuck to. He was on time, and his brother in-law performed impeccable work with an assistant, and finished promptly. He even returned to clean further. Most importantly, he was a true gentleman. I would recommend him to anyone who needs roofing or siding. I feel I really lucked out. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with contractors since Sandy.

I recently received several estimates to install a new roof. Janowitz Roofing was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. I decided to use Janowitz because the owner Haim Janowitz was very responsive, punctual, and professional in comparison to other roofing contractors I spoke with. I also liked that Haim did not ask for a deposit when we set a date for the work. All he need was my word that I wanted him to do the job. On the day of the installation, I was told that they would start at 8:30 am, and promptly at 8:30 Haim’s team, which included himself, his son, brother-in-law, and two other roofing mechanics were at my home and ready to work. The job was completed by 4:30, including the clean-up of all debris. Janowitz Roofing guarantee’s workmanship for 10 years. While its too soon to say how the roof will withstand the next storm, I’m feel confident that Janowitz roofing will stand by their work. I was happy to deal with them and would recommend them to others in need of a roofing contractor.
