It’s hard to find a good reliable contractor, and even confusing enough to hire an electrician you can trust. But my friend recommended Sebastian and Peter and they are great! Not only are they extremely skilled at what they do, (I’ve had 2 previous electricians look at plugs that are hooked to switches who could not figure out how to convert them to be on all the time, which Sebastian and Peter fixed in one minute), they are clean, they sweep the dust, wipe down walls and light fixtures that they touch and care about their work. The only thing they don’t do, is patch walls, but you can easily find a contractor to fix that for you, besides they try their best to make small and the fewest possible number of holes. You are hiring electricians for their skill. And these two are highly skilled and I trust them.
They are a bit busy, but once they commit to your job, they will get it done in the agreed time frame. The price is very reasonable and they are licensed.
Developers or future developers, listen to my advice, Excel Wiring does new condo buildings and to save you the frustration of your tenants or new home owners complaints and threats, hiring the right electrician is essential from the beginning, since it will costs a lot of money to fix if you don’t. If you go with Sebastian, you won’t have any headaches that have to do with electricity down the road, I promise. Stick with them, they will do a great job and your new residents will appreciate it.
