They apparently don’t call beforehand to confirm your appointment with you, first time I’ve ever heard of that so I missed my appointment in the midst of the holiday season. Also, you end up waiting 35 – 40 minutes to be seen anyway.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The staff are very rude, the doctor is cocky and thinks he knows everything. No one is ever smiling, especially the office manager, Lola, who’s just a miserable individual with a power trip. She is very nasty, racist, ignorant, typical of her kind (trash) from the Island. Their are better Podiatrist on the Island you can see.
Stay away from this one.

My wife had foot surgery this morning. Dr Ferdinando performed the surgery. We couldn’t be more pleased. From the start of the process a few months back until today, there has been nothing but professionalism and excellence.
We were told he has no bed side manners when we were recommended to him. We haven’t found that. Quite the contrary, he will stay and answer all questions.
My wife had similar surgery on her other foot 2 years ago by another Doctor and it never worked. Comparing that to today, we are lucky with the result. We plan to have it redone in a few months when this foot heals.
My wife has a sensitive stomach and had an experience in the outpatient surgery center a few years back when she had her wrist done. She was last on a Friday and everyone was going home and could have cared less until there was a full blown emergency.
Dr Ferdinando was aware of this and scheduled her first (7:00 am). We were home at 10:30am with no problems. They had the two of the two «nurses of the year» with her and I believe that was no accident.
My wife’s first appointment a few months back was alone. The Doctor asked if I could come back. He needed to make sure we were both aware of what was to transpire. We were initially put off by it, feeling it was condescending, but began to understand it once the process played out.
He leaves no detail untouched.
Very, very pleased.
