What happened to this place?! I go in here like 3 times a week and the service and coffee has always been GREAT! In the past 3 weeks, they’ve messed my order up every time. Today it took them 15 minutes to make my coffee and it was definitely not decaf like I has requested. I’ll be looking for a new coffee place

Terrible rude service. I ordered a number 7 with a medium iced coffee and so did my partner. He got his hashbrowns and I didnt and the csshier said I had to pay again to get them…
Is dunkin donuts In debt that they need to double charge me for hashbrowns?
I wasnt going to argue in my uniform (I work EMS) but I should get what I order. Two people who order the same thing should get the same thing. The cashier said you only get hashbrowns if you get ice coffee but thats false because I go to dunkin almost every day.
I work in the area so this dunkin is convenient for me but I will definitely not be back at this particular dunkin.

Great latte. So excited. It’s been a while. Small place though and can get overly populated with near by Staff of local nursing home.
Good amount of parking and other shops in same plaza.

Decent chocolate donuts… can’t really expect much, but you gotta appreciate reliability!
