A friend recommended this place to me. Their flavor selection is huge! I almost felt bad for taking so long to choose and holding up the line. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Yes, it is a bit pricey. But if you’re not going for ice cream everyday, its a good place to go to reward yourself every so often.

I don’t have any other Cold Stone Creamery locales to compare it too but I am a fan. Their prices are up there but the ice cream is very rich and well worth a treat once in a while. I have gone in and even when the line is out the door it never too long of await. I prefer Carvel ice cream cakes to their cakes but if you are just going in for a scoop the Cold Stone brand is much better and a few more dollars too but worth it.

I like this place don’t get me wrong its def. CREAMERY to the tee but the part that just sucks is how expensive this place can be you know, just a sundae you can literally get at Carvel for less then $ 6.00 and if your lucky and go on Wednesdays theres buy one get one free it will cost you almost $ 10 at this joint! And if you want a cake from here it will def. cost you $ 30 and prob. feed about 5 people. I just find the prices high but you can’t go wrong on the flavors and how creamy and sweet it is which I do enjoy but in this economy now and days you gotta try to budget and save every penny you got. They don’t offer really any deals and your better off finding some coupons in the mail or paper which rarely come around but you can try. I enjoy only the chocolate flavors and they offer lots of sides but I just love everything chocolate from the brownies, to the chips and sprinkles. I would def. come back here but thats just maybe my yearly thing.

I used to like this place a lot better years ago. On two of my recent visits, I had unpleasant experiences. They got our order all wrong and the place is not kept tidy at all. Th tables are scratched and dirty & the bathroom is kept untidy as well. The signature flavors are good, but make sure you are clear about what you order. I was given the wrong size and the wrong flavor as well. The workers do not pay attention and it can get very chaotic. I think i’ll avoid this place for a while.

I love to go out for ice cream, but I really don’t enjoy the ice cream at this place. I can’t put my finger on it, but something is off. Aside from that, the service at this location is not very friendly. Not what you would expect at an ice cream parlor. Everytime we go there, whomever is behind the counter always seems to be in a bad mood. Also, this location never has the flavors that are listed on the company’s website. Not sure why.

I only came here like once… Never really liked ice cream that cost like eight dollars a cone but the service is really nice and kind. They try to please ur needs by asking what kinda ice cream you want or do you have a certain preference …

I love ice cream, im not to fond of franchises but this place is the best out of all of them. You can add your own mix ins and they have great flavors. This store is small but has a large parking lot. The ice cream is creamy and they have great waffle cones. If you cant get to a speciality ice cream store this place rocks.

For a wide variety foe awesome ice cream, this is the place to go. Have it your way, always, literally. They even have other non-ice-cream products. Plus if you tip them then they will sing for you. It’s the cheapest form of entertainment you could ever ask for.

Not really a big fan of chain store ice creams but Cold Stone is one of the exceptions. They make these really creamy delicious flavors where you can actually taste the ice cream flavors instead of just getting that ice cream headache. Delicious if a bit pricey. BTW: You get a free ice cream for your birthday if you sign up for their listserv plus they send coupons for discounts all the time.

Cold Stone Creamery first opened in Staten Island about four years ago. I was introduced to this ice cream parlor by a friend/sorority sister who lived in the neighborhood. This is place is named for its technique of mashing ice cream so to speak. There are a variety of flavors and toppings that you can choose from. The staff takes your desired amount of ice cream(small, medium, large) and puts it on a «cold stone» and then adds the toppings and then mixes & blends everything together. The prices range depending if you want a «cold stone creation» or your own creation & on what size you want. Their size names are«like it(small) love it(medium) gotta have it(large)» but be advised if you order«like it» the amount is so much it will completely fit in the(love it) cup. cold stone also makes original flavors such as french toast, cake batter, and cheesecake flavored ice cream.
