I agree with the previous review. It is a long wait time and makes you feel terrible. And to add to that, no one likes to sit in a small room with people sneezing and coughing all over. If you aren’t that sick before going, you will be leaving with some illness for sure. Plus the staff is so rude. I always recommend Dr. Miceli instead.

With an appointment, the waiting time was 2 hours + long… this was about a year ago. I am hoping that they have improved their scheduling system. It is not fair to your patients, and being cramped up in a compact office.
Then again, do all Staten Island offices have the same scheduling issues. I had the same problem with Dr. Richard Fazio, although i feel Dr. Fazio is a doctor that was willing to listen and address my concerns. On the other hand, Dr Castellano was quick to draw conclusions and threw us out of the office like a firing dart. Bang! I felt very unworthy, especially for a 2 + hour wait. And the worse of all, when I comment on the waiting time, Dr. Castellano had NO RESPONSE! In conclusion, that was how I assessed the 1 star rating. It should really be a Zero, in my opinion.
Do avoid Dr. Castellano’s practice.
