aerie by American Eagle

I had the absolute worst experience today! The atmosphere is untidy with clothing scattered in different areas and the employees incompetent in their skills! Upon entering the store I was not greeted by anyone nor was I offered any assistance. Eventually I finished shopping and was ready to check out. The cashier by the name of Alyssa M. according to her name tag moved at an extremely slow pace and was consistently making mistakes on the computer and had to ask a coworker to override the situation. She spent a good 45 minutes with this one customer while I waited. However i became increasingly agitated as the minutes went by. What got me even more frustrated then I already was, was the fact that no other registers were open at this time. I was baffled especially since I was waiting in like for 45 minutes. I was offered no reassurance and felt as though I was being ignored. The customer service at this establishment is horrendous and I do not advise anyone to go to this particular Aerie franchise. Also, an in service is needed for employees on how to treat a customer as the employees here did not seem to know what customer service was.

I came in here a couple of weeks ago and had the absolute worst experience. One of my bras broke and I was trying to exchange it for a new one. I was surprised that it even broke considering it was still pretty new. The woman, who I assume was a manager, gave me such a nasty attitude and kept implying it was my fail it was broken. She just made the experience so much more of a hassle than it should’ve been before eventually letting me exchanging it. Needless to say, switching back over to Victoria’s Secret.

Margo helped me tremendously tonight! I went through maybe 5 bra styles tonight and she was patient and helped me find the style that’s best for me.

Flowery type undergarments are super cutesy… So many colors to choose from… I love color when it comes to my undergarments… expically swim suits… Super colorfully… prices are more reasonable then Victoria secret… There so many styles to choose from… I usually come here just to buy their sports bra… with such great support its hard not to like there products… Loves it… I had my sports bar for about a year and it still in such good conduction… Great material and design… check out there summer/​spring collecting… Very cuties… The service here is ok… always crowed… Can be over whelming… They sell sleep wear and sports wear as well… not as many options as I hope there should be… but still works!

Aerie clothes are cute, comfortable, and reasonably priced! I always loved American eagle and this is their solution to head in a more feminine directions. Won’t buy bras or underwear anywhere else. The clothes are all adorable!!!

So there isn’t one thing I don’t own by aerie. I absolutely love that store and the girls there are so friendly and sweet. There prices are reasonable and there close are so comfortable. I usually catch them when there having a sale I think its every month or every other month they will have 25% off on entire purchase. Cant go wrong with that.
