I was extremely happy with this body shop and would recommend it to everyone that I know. The staff was extremely Pleasant and polite, they also did a great and fast job. I’d also like to mention that the manager Amit was extremely helpful answered all my questions and all my calls never once put me to voicemail which in this day and age means a lot why is place has been in business so long. Thank you for everything and A&B

Superb service. Amit, the manager, was a model of professionalism, courteous, attentive, efficient, and the car was returned on time, in pristine condition, and the work was immaculate. Would I go there again? Definitely, why would anyone want to go anywhere else?

I am really impressed with the Center’s quality of work, promptness, and desire to do their best. The not only repaired the damage caused to my car by the accident, but went beyond that and re-​conditioned the tire rims, after I mentioned that one of them had a scratch.
This has been my 3rd time dealing with them, and each time their work and customer service has been above my expectations.

Dropped off my BMW 650 for repairs (and body work) the Friday before presidents day weekend and told Amit I needed it back the day after presidents day if possible. Wasn’t expecting it to happen since BMW told me they’d need about 2 weeks. The day after presidents day I got a call at 3pm letting me know my car was ready. Went to pick up my baby and it looked like nothing ever happened to it. On top of that I got it back detailed inside and out, polished and waxed. And they’re BMW certified so no aftermarket parts. These guys are amazing and deliver on their promises. No BS to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

After a not so smooth first go around, they were very accommodating and fixed the remaining issues in a timely manner. Maybe everybody is stressed out around the holidays and with packages shipping, parts delays should’ve been figured in. Either way, if I had another issue, Id more than likely head back as they are a convenient location.

Awesome staff, great service. The whole process was smooth and efficient. From getting an estimate on the spot to dropping my car, and the amount of time it took was pretty impressive.
Hopefully nothing ever happens to my car again, but I would definitely go back and definitely recommend A&B!

smooth transaction. someone hit me. I called the insurance. brought it in. got a rental. car was fixed in like 1 day. the car was brand new. For ladies its always hard to find good auto business. Originally from Brooklyn where almost every shop are crooks, I wish I would have known about this place all my life.

I can’t say enough about the work they do at this shop. The experience was painless, they took care of absolutely everything and returned the car looking like it was straight from the showroom. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend!

Hands down the best place I’ve been to get my car repaired. Had an issue with the wheel bearing. They ordered the part, and it was fixed the same day we dropped it off. Couldn’t ask for better service or nicer people.

This place is incredible. Truly. I got into an accident on a Sunday evening, and my car was fixed up and returned to me by Wednesday afternoon. My insurance company recommended the place and I honestly was blown away by their customer service and integrity. Also, my boyfriend’s car needed a little TLC when it came to his sun visor. His had fallen off and never had any desire to get it fixed because of the normal hassle from body shops. However, they looked at it, ran his Vin # and ordered the part, and fixed it for us the day we picked up my car. We couldn’t believe how painless the whole ordeal was! Oh, and everyone that works there is an absolute pleasure.

No one enjoys the hassle of being in an accident and all the aftermath, but this place takes the stress out of it!!!
Fixed my car, fixed a scratch on my mirror not related to the accident no charge and cleaned my car inside and out… Can it get any better… And all the staff was excellent
Especially the women at the desk so sweet !!

Omg A&B collision is the best!!! I had a hit and run incident and took my car there. They called my insurance, filed my claim and even had enterprise on site for my rental. The best part is my car, it looks like I just picked it up from the dealership! It’s been washed and clean from inside out! I love them! They did an awesome job in such a short amount of time and the service was great! I would recommend them to anyone in the Staten Island area! Awesome body shop and great staff !!!

A&B Collision did great work on our car, finished it very quickly, and saved us a lot of money. The first estimate we got from a different company for the damage to our car from repair work on our street (cement stuck to the car) was $ 1,000+, claiming that the only option was to sand all the cement off and refinish and repaint two doors and replace a panel. A&B suggested attempting to remove the debris with a compound solution first, which they were able to do successfully, with a total cost of $ 185. In collaboration with GEICO and Enterprise Rental car, all in one location with A&B Collision, things went effortlessly, smoothly, quickly, and affordably.

If I could give this place negative stars I would do it. They will not fix everything you ask for! If you need to return a leased car do yourself a favor and don’t come here for the repairs to return
