Lived up to the hype. Great smoked wings and pulled chicken tacos. Only challenge was finding a parking space

Small, local joint with a simple, but diverse menu. Best smoked wings I’ve ever had. Pair that with great daily specials(two dollar taco Tuesdays rock!) and it’s a place you’ll come back to.

$ 2 Taco Tuesday was a lot of fun. My first visit there. I want to go back and try more items.

Let’s cut to the chase, Two Brothers has the best chicken wings I’ve ever eaten in my entire life.(disclaimer, I don’t usually order chicken wings at places so that statement might not mean much, but this girl was impressed). They’re smoked with a dry rub and just full of flavor. Moving onto the dinner menu, the duck sliders and the chipotle pork tacos were nothing short of amazing. Since each entrée came with 3, my hubby and I were able to trade 1 of each so we could try everything. The atmosphere is fun and the space is quaint. Not a whole lot of seating, so I imagine that they get pretty busy. The bar was fully stocked… I wish they had a better beer selection, and especially more on tap. But where their beer is lacking, their food makes up! Awesome little place to stop in for dinner on any night. I also heard that they’re amazing for catered tailgates!

After reading the Unilocal reviews I decided to give the place a try since I rarely turn down an opportunity to try a new BBQ joint. I’m not impressed. Looks like a cool place to go grab a drink or quick sandwich if I was a student. But this is not what I would consider a true bbq place. It’s a drinking place that happens to serve some food. The waitress said the grilled cheese bbq sand was the best choice today. It had jalapeños and a picked slaw on it which sounded very appealing. Unfortunately there was very little bbq on the sandwich. So little that I barely tasted the meat. Instead I only noticed the bread(which was way too thick) and the other ingredients. It was served with thick cut fries which were good… well…the ones that were hot. The ones on bottom were cold which leads me to believe they were the ones sitting around for a bit then they added a few hot ones on top. I could tell that the owners are trying to be creative but it’s my opinion that you can’t skimp on the meat. Especially when MEAT is in the name of the restaurant.

Super cool spot in the cotton district in Stark Vegas. I had the Brisket sammich. I usually hate brisket outside if Texas but this came recommended so I tried. Great flavor. The smoker is rolling in the back and the beer selection is great. Just make sure you don’t get offended by the fact that there is no mention of TSUN in there.

Good brisket is hard to find in these parts, but Two Brothers’ hits the mark. The brisket sandwich is excellent, but I wish they offered their meats in something other than sandwich form, and with sides other than fries.
