Domino’s Pizza

You have to be seriously kidding me. No amount of retooling of the menu on Domino’s part will be able to make up for the poor service I received here. Thank you Domino’s for showing me your commitment to excellence is basically ZERO. The employees are rude and the food is quality and consistency is abysmal.
I’ll keep my money. There’s only 10 other Pizza places in the area that I’d gladly go to.

Please change your store hours. I called this late because I get off late. The guy I spoke to said,” hi dominos we’re closed, hello dominos we’re closed.” Ok cool thank you, be more professional and inviting like the franchise or even the title you work for.

Worst customer service experience aside from closing there store early this store needs some help or to be closed harsh but my experience here was that bad

I ordered wings, all meat pizza and a 2 liter of Pepsi… no plates, napkins, or wings… and I took nearly an hr to deliver, and I live stupid close… im not gonna order from this one again… its the closest to me, and im pretty sure a pizza from Los Angeles would have made it sooner…

Was a loyal customer until… Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza online and after reviewing the confirmation I noticed an error. Called within 2 mins of pushing send, I was put on hold for 3 mins and by the time I spoke to someone they said the pizzas were already made. No way with in 5 mins (3mins on hold) of pushing send online would they have been done. They wouldn’t correct my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he went on to say they couldn’t correct it and he couldn’t cancel it because his boss thinks he’s stealing! I was mind boggled on how they couldn’t accommodate me. I ordered by coupon for Handmade pan pizzas and the section where you build it defaulted to hand tossed. So you can see how I missed it. But calling right away and not correct it!!!
Absurd the manager telling me he couldn’t because his boss thought he stole? They need to get it under control over there. Lost a loyal customer.

There’s a reason why this location is terrible. I never order from here but took the benefit of the doubt an gave ‘em another chance by ordering delivery. Ordered online and within 24mins it was being delivered to my house. Waited 30mins and nothing. So I called and cancelled my order. Dude, I live 4 mins away. Get your #$!% together. Save yourself the trouble and just order from the Buena Park area. That place never screws my stuff up.

Shitty shitty shitty service. I didn’t know how complicated it is to purchase pizza. They need some form of identification to take payment on a card. Which isn’t stated anywhere when I placed my order online. So I did not bring it with me (and I didn’t drive there so I didn’t need it). I asked if I could show them my Facebook or anything to come up with a solution and they gave no wiggle room. Eventually I had to pull cash out from an atm a couple of blocks away. Also when you order through Dominos they give you a tracker, so we headed out once we saw it was done and ready to pick up. When we got there they were still not done and we waited another 10 minutes. When we asked the lead or manager that was on duty he shouted «is her order ready because she’s complaining» like really? I asked a simple question. I work in costumer service and this is absolutely not the way to treat a customer or person in general. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location, I’ve written to their corporate so hopefully someone responds this time. I definitely won’t be back to this location but hopefully this can be rectified so I can continue my business with dominos.

I ordered a pizza from here with sausage and mushroom and they brought me one with banana peppers. When I called to get it resolved the manager said he had to make sure it wasn’t my fault but the girl was not there so I would have to wait until he could figure it out with her another day. I completely understand that mistakes happen, I just don’t think that’s how business should be run

Just placed an order here for pickup, 2 med 2 topping. Went to pick it up and guess what? They cancelled my freaking order because they called me back and I didn’t answer! Wow so don’t know the big guy «in charge» but he was the rudest POS ever. Taste quality is lacking but thought I’d give them a chance… Ruined my night for it ugh. So save yourself the headache!!!

Yo ! Wtf ?? This place used to be cheap price, now it is $ 13 for a medium pizza ! Don’t come to this place again ! For real !

The reviews are true! Took an hour for my 1 pizza to arrive but the driver ended up not having my pizza. Apparently he left without it. Nice guy though– he wasn’t the problem. Called the store and they offered me free pizza n soda credit for next time if I wanted on top of refund. Took the deal. Called day after and spoke with very rude female manager named Amelia who said she couldn’t do anything about my refund or credit cuz nothing was registered from the night before. Didn’t offer any help or solutions and said I would be wasting my time and money if came there. Already lost my money from the night before and she didn’t care.

Swung by here while in town… Employees were pretty chill and friendly. I brought in my small puppy and held her the whole time while we waited for our pizza to come out. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, it came out in about ten minutes after we ordered, so pretty fast they weren’t very busy. The pizza was cooked like a typical dominoes pizza, nothing great about it. Just average pizza I guess. In my opinion it could have used some extra cheese lol but that’s just me– a hardcore cheese-​atarian! anyway if there wasn’t anything else around I would probably hit this place again. Its nothing special just your everyday dominoes.

As far as fast food pizza goes, Dominos was a great choice! The Parmesan Bread Bites are border line addictive, and the pan pizza was very well proportioned (sauce, cheese, bread ratio) the sauce was flavorful, mozzarella was creamy, and crust was crispy! I think that they have gone back to basics based on the menu and pizza box logo, and you can taste the difference. One suggestion though might be to take off the variations of Hawaiian and meats specialty pizzas and add a margarita, and classic veggie.

Corporate said they would call which they did and did not offer compensation just a fake apology and asked me if I had any of the product left I explained no it had been eaten the night prior they said the store would contact me for further information as of today there has been no follow I will never go back or recommend dominos to anyone

It took 19 minutes from the time I ordered it, until they got to my place of business. The driver could have been better, but all in all, I am pretty impressed. And it tastes good!

I have been ordering from Domino’s for many years. The delivery guy is always kind, courteous and friendly with a smile. I tip them every time. Thanks Domino’s.

Didn’t expect this Domino’s to make the best pizzas of my life or anything, but it used to be good enough as our delivery choice on our lazy days.
But the last couple pizzas were terrible. The white sauce used to be really good, but now it’s just super salty and disgusting. Sauce, cheese, and toppings don’t melt together nicely at all. Looks like soup on top of crust. Pizzas slices are cut like shit.
Never ordering from Domino’s again.

Terrible service. This is the 4^th time that this place has forgot to give me a fork to eat my pasta with. By the time the driver actually gets back to me with a fork (you just wasted time and money by having to come back and give me a single fork, by the way) my food is cold and gross. The girl who answered the phone didnt seem to think me not being able to eat was a big deal either, and seemed very sassy over the phone. This place makes pretty good food, but im disappointed in the stereotypical shitty service of a pizza chain. This was the last time i will ever order from you dumbasses

horrible experience
me and my girlfriend have placed an order from this dominoes multiple times and had great service, except this night where it took us over an hour to receive our order. I called once to see the status of our order, the woman complained about it being busy and then said our order should be on its way. twenty minutes later i called again to see the status of our order and the woman said «the driver left a while ago, your order should have been there let me call him»
thank goodness i payed in cash because i would not want this horrible excuse of a business to have received my money otherwise. pizza was cold after all and there was no compensation for the delay. they need to reevaluate their staff and get rid of these wastes of a delivery drivers and customer service representatives. stop employing such wastes of life DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WASTE OF MONEY

Small Domino’s next to Starbucks. BF and I placed an online carry out order. Simple to place the order and to customize the toppings, but they still forgot to give us some of the stuff we ordered!
What we got:
Jalapeño Pineapple Specialty Chicken: ordered a side of Mango Habanero sauce to dip it in and they forgot it… chicken was hard and that’s all you could taste…
Pasta Primavera: extra alfredo sauce, no onions, extra spinach and extra tomatoes. They did good on the pasta though. My order was perfect and this was the best thing out of everything we ordered.
Pizza: it had everything we ordered on it. So just your typical pizza.
BBQ Chicken Wings: BF ate it all before I could even have any! He liked it obviously… and it was super BBQ-​y.
Service:
BF went in and the food was just sitting there waiting to get picked up. So food was cold… at least put the food somewhere to keep it warm… Extra charge for crushed peppers now! They don’t have the little packets of crushed peppers, but instead they will charge you for a little bottle shaker of it.
