The Computer Shop

This guy is awesome! The owner, John, is very knowledgeable, communicates well, is expedient in his work and available when I have had urgent needs — which together for me have been an unfortunately rare combination in previous computer techs. I have been using him to repair my small (8 machine) work-​group as well as home computers for more than 3 years, and have found his work of consistent good quality and his prices quite reasonable. Often he has taught me things that have allowed me to do some of our own trouble shooting and upgrades as well. In most instances he logs into my computer from afar and is able to diagnose and repair without having to be on site, although at times he comes here or we get machines to him when really necessary.
All in all The Computer Shop is an outstanding small business run by an upstanding individual who makes me want to send him business, although fortunately I don’t have to call him often since his fixes generally work the first time!
