Truly one of the worst experiences in cell-carrier purchases in my life. Inept people who are too busy chatting amongst themselves and listening to their tunes to pay attention to customers; a manager, leandro, who is so arrogant you want to smack him, and unskilled people who are out to make a sale whether it kills you or not. Truly felt as though no one were supervising them, and they were all just doing their job under corporate«policy»

I went in Black Friday weekend to sign up for new service — this was my first experience ever with T-Mobile. The store had a decent crowd, wasn’t packed or anything. There were plenty of associates and I was helped immediately. Jenny was one of the nice associates I’ve run into in a long time. She was knowledgeable, funny and had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely a great first impression of the store.

There never seem to be enough representatives to help customers. It’s not unusual to wait in line 15+ minutes or longer to get service. The staff is bilingual. It’s a convenient location. There’s are the only positives for this place.
