My husband and I had the most delicious lunch here today. I had the lunch special of baked ziti. The portion was enormous and so tasty. It came with a fantastic, moist bread. My husband had a salad with chicken cutlet. The food was very fresh. We had to take home half the salad and half the baked ziti because the portions were so large. All this cost only $ 18.00! I’ll certainly come back here in the near future.

Awful. They couldn’t get an order right if their jobs depended on it. I question why I give them a second chance. Take out even when you order in person is bad. You should check every item placed in the bag! Totally inept. Too bad because they used to be good.

The worst customer service with rude staff. Take your business elsewhere because they clearly do not appreciate their customers.

Seven of us stopped by for a business lunch. Everyone loved their meals. Pizza was perfectly cooked and tasty. Calzone was terrific. Meatball Parmesan was so good. If you are hungry, consider this establishment.

The question isn’t what’s wrong with this place, it’s whats right. Nothing. Where do I even begin… The order is NEVER correct. The delivery takes well over an hour(even though I literally live 3 blocks down from the restaurant) which is why I’ve tried giving them multiple chances and every time I’m more disappointed than the last. I ordered a Caesar salad and after an hour and 15 minutes I received a garden salad. Their chefs literally don’t know the difference LOL. I ordered buffalo chicken tenders and the sauce was on the side and no ranch. They took 45 minutes to deliver ranch and by then the food was cold. This is how they treat a good tipping customer who orders dinner out every night and lives 3 minutes away… I seriously wonder how this place is in business. You’re much better off going ANYWHERE else. I wish I could give zero stars, because they don’t even deserve one.
Good not amazing. My family loves the spicy sopresotta style pizza. This is pizza country folks. We take our pies very, very seriously. So to be fair, I’m a tough critic & I’m über particular about pizza. But they serve a good pie, fresh toppings, good service. They also serve an EXCELLENT cannoli. No seriously, they really do.

The food might be good, but their delivery service is atrocious. I pre-ordered for a scheduled delivery and after calling twice to find out where my food was, they showed up 90 minutes later with the wrong order.

My family’s favorite restaurant. The food is wonderful, not pricey like downtown restaurants. My favorite the mussels in the baskets. Delish!!! The pizza always made to perfection. And don’t forget to order their signature dessert their Nutella pizza!!! It’s an OMG!!! Love Luigis, food, service and atmosphere !!!

Placed an order for delivery, was told it would be delivered in 45 min, over 2 hrs later I received my cold pizza and mozzarella sticks, also cold. This is not the first time this happened, will not order from here again.

I have previously had good experiences with other dishes but ordered Buffalo Chix Pie and it was disgusting. Instead of marinara sauce they use the wing sauce and the pizza basically tastes like grease and butter. Our pie was also very burned. Probably the most burnt I’ve ever had a pizza arrive. Order late, 8pm, on a Monday so perhaps somebody new got a chance to make their first pizza. Anyway, other pies and dishes usually ok.

We got hooked on this place because of their Tuesday Cheese Pizza special. You have to order after 6pm, and your pizza is the price equal to the time you call. The food is good and lives up to what you would expect for a local neighborhood Italian/Pizza restaurant. I like their new thin crust pizza it has definitely kept us going back. We had our sons 6th birthday party there«make your own pizza». They did a great job. Lives up to our expectations every time.

I really do like this place. Parking is a bit annoying(if you find a spot out front you better go and buy some lottery tickets) and service is meh, but the pizza really is good. The rest of the food on the menu is what you’d expect at an Italian restaurant like this, and its all very good. Not pricey, and always fresh. If you’re in the area like I am, this place is a safe bet for a good meal at a good price.

Went there with the family after watching a local community theater production. It came highly recommended by a few people in the show. I must say the food was pretty good. Had the Chicken Parmigiana with a side of spaghetti and ordered a side of broccoli rabe. The red sauce was not bad. The pasta was a little overcooked and the broccoli rabe was nicely seasoned but a little small in its portion for what I paid. I’m giving this place three stars instead of four because of the terrible service we received. The service started good, with good and frequent communication however it quickly deteriorated when it got busy. Once dinner was served there was little attention to our needs: we needed to ask for extra napkins, water and drink refills, and needed to ask twice for the check. If you want decent food and you can overlook the lack-luster service, I would recommend it.

Good pizza. Thin, crisp crust. And a full menu with basically anything you might want from an Italian family restaurant. And reasonably priced.
