Enviro Maids

I am SO disapointed with enviromaids. We have used them over over a year, and have experienced the following:
— they break stuff around our house and hide the breakage (a ceramic soap dispenser was broken then pieced back together to await for the unsuspecting next user)
— they broke a large heavy mirror in our house (the mirror has survived 15 years of maid services unscathed) and blamed it on us saying it was not a sturdy mirror
— they almost never show up on time. They are often several hours late.
— they often forget to give you a time window for when they are coming at all
— once, they didn’t show up at all
The girls are nice and the cleaning is always adequate, but nothing special and I really don’t need the aggravation of the poor reliability. Switching this week.
