I have read the previous reviews for the morning rush. Possible it could be better than the night crew but I will give a review for when I went at night. This place is terrible. I have gone to many dd locations and this one by far is the worst. The staff at night are slow and seem like they are inconvenienced to take your order. I was only one in line and it took 10 min to make my coolatta. Really that long to make one drink. I now go to donut delight. Way better service and staff is nicer

The staff here makes the coffee run experience worth while. There is even an attendant in the parking lot to help direct traffic during the morning rush.

Impressive staff! Very efficient even when the lines are 6 – 10 people deep. Hadn’t stopped at this location for approx. 3 months yet when I popped in the other morning around 7 am, the person preparing my coffee remembered exactly what I normally order. Very nice to see when «chain» places provide a «hometown» kind of service experience.
