I am a very patient man and I have had many(different) issues with the pharmacy. They have been very rude(multiple times with multiple people), unorganized(lost prescriptions), and inefficient. They will not even call your name when you wait for your prescription(and they are aware that you are waiting). I understand that they are still in a new phase(1 year), but I can no longer use this as my pharmacy. I am now going to 66 High Ridge Road. Much nicer and efficient people. They even offered me the possibility of receiving texts when my prescriptions are ready. I am sure Hope Street can provide this service, but I would never know. Maybe CVS management(not the store management) should consider training their employees. I would not recommend CVS Pharmacy at 221 Hope Street.

Your usual drugstore but I find their pharmacy staff really friendly. This place is not usually crowded newly built and tons of stuff for daily needs. Reminds me of times when you used to go to neighborhood pharmacist.

This pharmacy is right down the street from my house and I used to use them a lot. They were never very nice, or helpful, but their proximity to my house made me continue to use them. Until the incident where the pharmacists inability to spell nearly cost me much needed post-op meds. The hospital called in a prescription for some medication that had to be picked up before closing time. We headed straight from the hospital to the pharmacy. Sadly the pharmacist who took the call from the hospital could not spell. Therefore the prescription did not go through, and she would not fill it. Long story short. We had to drive home, call the store’s manager(who was unavailable to talk in person) have her resolve it and drive back. Then wait until just before closing(while the pharmacist ran around the store doing her personal shopping) to get the prescription. I will now be driving to wherever there are helpful pharmacists.
