I ordered a #1 combo in the drive thru. Employees were really polite and professional. I ordered my chicken sandwich without mayonnaise and adding pickles and it came out perfectly. And yes, the ketchup for the fries was in the bag.

Always has had SLOW service, but that’s to be(sort of) expected at Whataburger. My last visit was the worst and I won’t be coming back to this location. I would rather drive out of my way than to deal with this aggravation. They took forever, my food was cold(cheese on burger unmelted); they overcharged me and gave me a lot of attitude when I pointed out I was charged for a whole meal when I ordered only the burger. I then had to pull around to the front and wait some more for a refund. I finally went inside and there were lots of employees standing around laughing(probably about what they did to some poor customer’s food). Ugh, enough already!

The day I come to this Whataburger location and get my order correct will be a miracle! The overall quality of this place is terrible, employees are rude and move as if people have all the time in the world for them its called fast food for a reason people. This is a prime example why it is difficult for people to be in favor of raising the pay raise for fast food workers. Corporate needs to come down to this location and reevaluate its workers. Being a former WB employee myself we couldn’t pull the crap these people at this location do.

We: myself, my wife, and our friend from out of town, just visited this location. The customer service was okay, we ordered our food and got two separate orders. My wife and I’s order came out on time and the food was okay, not as good as it usually was but our friend, who ordered a bacon cheeseburger was still waiting. We slowly picked away at our food while our friend was waiting for their order and after 15 minutes we asked what was going on with our friend’s order and they said they’re working on it now. We looked at the kitchen and no one was doing anything productive. After a full half hour of waiting my friend and I went back up to the register and they said they needed the receipt. THEN they started to prepare the food. When they finished the order, finally, they ripped off the half of the receipt that included the review. Thank God for Unilocal! This place was just horrible on its customer service, managerial staff, and food preparation. To be brief, this place needs an upgrade in just about every way. I wish I could put less than one star. Ugh.

Seriously took 10 minutes to place an order for one meal and to pay for it… then another 5 minutes for food. The sweet tea tastes like a very old batch, toast was cold. Person taking the orders in drive through has no customer service skills. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the chicken was ok, not great but at least ok.

I’ve been frequenting this particular Whataburger for about 5 years, and for the most part I’ve never had a complaint until about 3 or 4 months ago. The overall quality in both order accuracy and food quality took a big dip(possibly due to new management). Burgers were cold like they’d been sitting out, items forgotten in the order and the overall wait time jumped up. Despite my misgivings I kept giving this location a chance, and eventually things seem to have improved in the last few weeks. The overall experience has improved since earlier this year, but doesn’t seem to be quite as good as I’ve been used to. The staff(which appear to be inexperienced) still seem to be generally polite, so they’ve got that going for them. Hopefully they can continue to improve so I can frequent this location without worry again.

OMF!(oh my fck) excuse the lingo, but I am going to tell you what happened in two sentences then you can form your own opinion. After being the only car in drive thru for 11 minutes, I was finally acknowledged. I witnessed my burger falling on the ground twice, dusted off and bagged up as if it was okay… that is all, form your own opinion.

WORSTWHATABURGEREVER!!! They seriously need to fire all these people & hire a new staff. The words«Customer Service» mean nothing at this location. Do not come here!

Yet another morning where food takes forever. In this case — it took over 15 minutes for my food to arrive despite several assurances that it was on the way. Finally, I went inside and spoke directly to the manager who had someone make it right away. If it was that easy why did I have to wait so long? New management I believe, terrible, terrible service and customer service. Even though this is right by my job, I will not be returning.

Order was delivered wrong — after going over my exact requirements at least three times when I ordered it. I love Whataburger, but I experience a lot of discrepancies in my orders. I never(rarely ever) have a discrepancy at other QSRs, but one out of three or four visits seems to be my average at Whataburger.

Whataburger is my favorite fast-food restaurant… other than In-And-Out, but that’s beside the point lol whenever I am craving a burger, this is the place I go. Their burgers are HUGE! And you can customize anything basically however you want. My favorite of choice? The #1 with cheese and mayo instead of mustard. Sooo good!!! One thing that makes this location stand out is the fact that the staff is friendly and really awesome. I frequent the drive thru and every time I go, the staff is so nice! Always saying thank you, you’re welcome, ma’am/sir, and always remembering to tell me to have a wonderful/nice/blessed/good day. Not like the usual drive thu places that take your money, toss you your food, without three words spoken. If you haven’t tried Whataburger, or this location, you really should! It’s the best fast-food in our area! Good quality, good service… you just can’t beat that! :)

If you come to this particular Whataburger, do so when you are not in a hurry. Especially do not pull into the drive through lane if you are short on time. For dine in, after you place your order you will be given a number sign to display on your table. Once the food is ready they will bring it to you along with a tray of condiments and napkins. Good service for a fast food. Wait times can vary depending on what you order or how speedy or slow the kitchen is moving. The dine in wait is quick compared to the drive through. While it’s appreciated that the food is made to order, a drive through should move efficiently and this one often doesn’t. That being said, the burgers are consistently good. Chicken strips are always fried nicely. The fries are hit or miss being sometimes hot and crisp or warm and soggy. My favorite sandwich has to be the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip sandwich. Just something about the crisp chicken strips, warm melted cheese and BBQ sauce melds together in each bite for utter deliciousness. It’s VERY filling and I can usually only eat about half or more. It doesn’t reheat to just-served quality of course, but it’s still good. Overall, this is a pretty good place. Just bring your patience with you and expect a wait.

Service is super slow at this location, but hey… it’s Whataburger. I don’t come here for the service, I come here for their itis-inducing food. Whataburger is my favorite burger joint in Houston. Delicious fries? Yes. Delicious chicken strips, toast, and white gravy? Yes. Delicious burgers? Of course! And I’m glad they made the honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich a regular now. Also try out the honey butter chicken biscuit for breakfast. Man, I love Whataburger.

I ordered a Whataburger here, since I’ve heard it’s comparable to In-N-Out. Lies!!! It was a decent burger, but comparing it to In-N-Out is like comparing a BMW to a Honda. They’re both the same things, but at the same time, not really. I’d probably say, this locations burger was more comparable to a Burger King Whopper. I went to another location in Dallas and it was much better there. Sadly I missed out on their breakfast while I was there. I hear that would have been the thing to try there.

You know, you see enough of these around to get curious. Eventually, I persuaded my cousin to take us to one. Whatamistake. Maybe because it was late, maybe because it was hot and muggy outside AND inside the Whataburger… but I think you could get a better burger. I just got a regular hamburger. Perhaps if I had tried one of the other items on the menu… but if they use the same flavorless patty in everything, then I don’t think it would have made a difference. Try it if your curiosity gets the better of you. Let me know if you had a different experience.
