Breakfast ok. Rooms ok. Quiet. We are always looking for Staybridge locations because they are pet friendly … For a substantial fee.

This was our first time staying at this location and our last. We booked a room through points for 4 adults. When we arrived there were air conditioners in crates lining the walkway and signage posted that construction was going on from 7:30 am till 8:30 pm Mon — Sun. This was not mentioned any where on the site. The room that they gave us upon check in was a king bed and a full size pullout couch made for children. The pull out mattress was stained and had a smell. I tried to work with the staff who were less that helpful and the only viable solution was to check out and find other accommodations. They could have put us in an empty room with two beds but they wanted us to pay 269.00 additionally. On top of it all we were in town for my wife’s dad’s funeral. I got frustrated and called IHG which also tried to work with management to no resolution. Finally, the IHG help desk representative switched us to another hotel. I suspect that this particular location does this sort of thing for increased revenue but whatever there reasons they will not get any business from me of my family in the future.

I wasn’t expecting my stay to be so pleasant! Very modern and supppppeerr clean. Very quiet and the staff was very sweet. I’d never stayed at this chain prior, but now I’d say I’m a customer and would surely search for Staybridges on other trips in other cities.

So this is my 2nd visit here and I love it! The staff is super awesome… so friendly… they always go above and beyond. For me it is close to work so location is great. Rooms are nice and clean. They have everything you need… laundry room, work out room, business center, media room, pantry to buy what you need on your trips… its great here!!! The best hotel Ive stayed at in Houston!

Stayed here for one day and wished it was a longer trip. If you stay here you won’t want to stay anywhere else. Not all of the locations are the same though so viewing the photos help.

I came, I stayed, I paid, I was happy. I drove in from Dallas to see my niece’s sweet 16. This place put me close enough to her house and the hall that the party was at. My main draw was the mini kitchen. Let’s just get this truck rollin’. $ 85 a night? Well it’s not THAT bad. You get what you pay for, and it was close enough to be work it. When you factor in the free breakfast buffet and free wifi it was good. When I checked in the front desk guy told me «Since this is your first stay you get a complimentary breakfast.» It seemed like he was saying it was all because it was my first time. Sir, this is not my first rodeo. Nonetheless, the buffet is good. Eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, cereal, yogurt, waffles… and a LOT more. I was actually kind of impressed. Worked out great; I was able to eat a healthy breakfast and go to the gym. Let’s discuss that fitness center. I think they have a weird idea of what that is. It was 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, and some dumbbells. Yeah… that’s not a fitness center. Luckily, I have a membership to Golds Gym. Sadly, it was a 30 minute drive north. The room was nice. It looked like Ikea threw up in it, but it looked nice! Srsly, they used Ikea furniture but not that über cheap stuff. HDTV, VERY slim pickings on the cable selection. You could hook up your devices, via HDMI, and I think that’s the point we should keep in mind. The kitchen is like a quarter sized. Fridge and freezer; I felt like a giant next to it and I’m 6 foot. 2 burner stove. Dish washer and double sinks. They provide 3 of everything, and a small set of pans to cook with. I wish I had brought stuff to cook. I used the microwave. I see this as remarkable; I’m able to save money by cooking my own food. The bed was comfortable, and I like a king. The tub had a slight slip as I almost slid out when I was stepping out. Overall I liked the place, and I would likely consider it first when traveling to the area. I’m not rich and $ 85 can be kind of steep. It was worth taking the chance on.

My new go to hotel! I hope in other cities they are all this nice. My family went to Houston for a weekend getaway and found this place on so we tried it, the price was great & when we got here they already had our room keys ready to hand over(which was good because we got in kinda late and have small children so not having to spend a lot of time at the front desk matters). The guy at the front desk was nice and gave us a quick rundown of all the amenities and sent us on our way. When we got to the room I must say I was impressed(I had never heard of Staybridge so I was nervous lol but read other reviews that were good) it was stainless steel appliances, the décor was contemporary and it was clean! My kids loved that we had a «kitchen in our room» the bed was comfy and the sheets were really soft! Even though we only stayed overnight I enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel… OH and the FREE hot breakfast was good too, they make waffles in the shape of TX which I thought was cool!
