Not enough parking! Visitors parking: There are 4 visitor parking spots, close to my building, which can be used by residence and visitors alike. Your visitor must park in one of those spots, which are hardly ever available, or they will be towed after 9pm. I found this out after my moms car got towed after having her birthday celebration at my apartment. Hey mom Happy Birthday… Um, where’s your car??? Leasing office never told me of this until after I said something about the incident. To note: sometimes there is a visitors parking spot in the very back of the complex. Or, you must plan ahead if a visitor is coming over. Park in a visitors spot and when they arrive make the switch. If you have more than one visitor good luck! Resident parking: if there is still parking available for a resident after 8pm it is in the back part of the apartment complex, if any at all. Were you interested in an impromptu stroll in the middle of the night? Or how about parking across the street, outside of the apartment complex, to make things more exciting? Finally, parking permits: They will not allow me to purchase an extra one for my visitors use, nor will they allow me to have a temporary one to use for the rental while my car is in the shop. Nice things to say: the pool is quaint and the location is good.
