I bought a Groupon for a facial. I’ve never had a facial, so I figured buying a Groupon would be a good way to try it out. When I called to make an appointment, it seemed very unorganized. I called both locations and it was almost as if it would have been better to just walk in, rather than to waste time with making an appointment.
On the day of my facial, I was actually supposed to have it done at the S. Wilcrest location. I unfortunately got lost and was pretty late. I kept calling to check in to see if I should just reschedule, and one of the stylists said no, it would be fine for me to come in. Well when I finally made it, the lady doing the facial wasn’t there! She was at the Airport location and asked that I come over there. Luckily it wasn’t far, but I was a little annoyed. I would have rather just rescheduled at that point because I was stressed and flustered from getting lost for an hour.
When I arrived at the Airport location, I wasn’t really greeted. I stood there for awhile before someone finally asked what I was wanting done. The actual facial was blah. The lady that did it was not talkative and did not explain the products she was using on my face. The lady that was supposed to do it, recommended an herbal facial, but then someone else ended up doing it. It’s hard to really know what a good facial feels like, but I was not impressed with this place. I’m glad I did not pay full price for a mediocre facial.

I wanted to try a new threading place and this was near my house… little over priced… I think I’ll stick to Nisha’s.
