First American Carpet is my automatic ‘go to’ when i have flooring needs, whether it be
for my personal home or one of my investment properties. I need best value, quality service, top notch product, and I get it all there. Plus their products are American made!

When i need carpet for my office and my house, the only place I would ever go is First American Carpet. The quality of the service and materials cannot be matched. Carpets are a major investment for my home and in the course of the living they can have spills and stains that detract from their value. First American Carpet showed me a carpet that rejects stains and maintains its quality. My Gorgeous/​Beautiful floors were installed and completed the same day! Their workmanship is Professional and Excellent! I consulted with the stores’ Manager Goli Adib, Stafford, VA. I found her to be very professional, pleasant and helpful! The sample I selected for my home is stunning. I am amazed of my floors looking as beautiful as seen in the showroom. I will definitely use this company for my future projects!!! I do/​will strongly recommend this company to my Family and Friends!!!

They got my flooring in fast and did a great job. The service was great before the project, but they were a nightmare immediately afterwards. I paid over half the job upfront and they installed everything durning the weekend. Monday morning they called many times and left several messages asking for payment. This was all before I got home and got to my phone (at noon). I agreed to bring them payment the next day and gave a card number to guarantee it. I found her to be rude and out of line. The next day she called over and over and threatened my husband with a lean on the house if she didn’t get payment right away. This threat came after we already agreed to bring the payment to her. I work with a builder and would have liked to use her on many other houses including my own. But I have never seen a contractor act so irrationally within 2 days of finishing a project. I would not use them again and now have to find a more socially appropriate person to deal with for my other homes. Her behavior was worse than that of a drug addict. She acted unprofessional, inappropriate and flat out strange. I would not recommend her to any of my clients.
