Salon at Tiffany’s

I tried this place for nails today using groupon… I was initially very leery because I had a really bad experience using a living social deal for nails before in this city. All of the nails deals all look too good to be true and then when you go in, you kind of get what you pay for. Well… This lady was really nice and did a great job… although the salon is kind of beatup and worn inside and out. She really makes up for it. Patty is really sweet and used to work at one of the high end st pete beach hotel spas so I got a high end quality experience. The facilities are nothing to sneeze at but the service and attention are excellent for the price.
One thing tho… I also requested a brow wax several times as an add on over email but she didn’t have any record of that and she waxed me lying down at a hair washing station which I found really awkward. She did do a good job but they need to have it in a private room or something or I would not get waxed there again. I usually go to the Asian nail salons in the mall but I like my experience with her and so I will be back for nails.
