Came today and the whole set up is gone — I think they’re closed down? Sad. Tried to call and see if they relocated but the number listed isn’t even them. I’ll miss this place.

Overall this phở shop is ok. The menu is extremely limited, they have removed some items from the menu. To top it off they were out of spring rolls, I’m suprised they don’t make them to order, they’re not very busy. So that left I type of phở and 2 types of bahn mi. I ended up getting the chicken phở, the flavor of the broth was good but the noodles were over cooked and mushy. Also it really was just noodles and chicken, a small amount of bean sprouts and herbs were in there but not much. They did package up a few lime wedges, jalapeño and a mixture of hoisin and sriracha sauce. If you’re in a pinch and really want phở they will do since the broth does have good flavor but there are a lot of other really good options for phở in Pinellas county so I’ll probably won’t be back.

Surprisingly great When in the mall, this is a great stop for Phở or spring rolls. Their teas are great too. For the location and what they are going for, I’d say they hit the nail on the head. It’s a small kisok in the mall food court — but it works

What a great new addition to the food court. Fresh spring rolls were great! I got the shrimp ones and the peanut sauce was good. This week I tried the beef Phở. I got it to go and they put the noodles on the side so they didn’t soak up all the juice! It was really good — very tasty. Love there is a great choice like this in the food court now

I love the Phở Bar so much! It’s my place to go when I come down to St. Pete! The employees are always very nice and helpful, which I appreciate. The food is super good and the drinks are my favorite! The food is prepared fresh and it’s so much better to eat compared to the other restaurants in the food court My fiancé is half Vietnamese and he loves the food they make here! Thank you for keeping our tummies happy!

I’ve only been here once before out of curiosity and as a Vietnamese person. Bear in mind, I am a bit picky in quality, but I’m not that specific or knowledgeable in how Vietnamese food should taste. I think I know enough though. I had the phở with beef and spring rolls. I did not get a chance to try their boba though. The broth was actually very good in my opinion. The noodles were cooked to a good consistency. The beef was slightly lacking in flavor. Maybe it was frozen, but that’s fine for such an affordable bowl. I say affordable, but the portion compared to an actual Vietnamese restaurant at the same was probably about half. Which, again, is fine. I wasn’t expecting or looking for 100% traditional food. Just a sufficient replication. The one issue I had was the spring rolls. In my opinion, they were pretty bad. They weren’t inedible, but the quality was severely lacking. They probably weren’t fresh. The prepping for spring rolls is tedious, but the actual assembly shouldn’t be. I think they could’ve been made to order rather than pre-made and wrapped in plastic. The addition of bean sprouts is not something I’m used to either. Most restaurants I have been to in the area don’t include it, but I was willing to give it a try even with my usual aversion towards them. I feel that the bean sprouts and the cucumber overpowered the roll, not only because there was just so much bean sprout, but because there was very little shrimp and the shrimp itself was bland. Most definitely frozen. The one thing that made up for it was the peanut sauce which was pretty average, but was enough to mask the taste for me to finish one roll. I gave the second to my friend who also did not enjoy it. However, after all that, I would still give this spot 4 stars because it is: 1) convenient 2) fast 3) good quality despite the fact that most people in the area wouldn’t be able to appreciate it 4) the main thing is the phở which should be evaluated upon the most The missing star is only because of the low quality spring rolls and the below average speed of service when I was the only one present to order. I would recommend this to my friends and even my grandparents who are extremely hypercritical about their Vietnamese food. I’ll probably come back around for another bowl and some boba next time I’m at the mall.

Great little spot in the mall. Bubble teas are AWESOME!!! Good selection of flavored. $ 5 for a decent size drink. The pearls in the bottom are jellies. Has a thick straw you poke in the top.

— Short Synopsis — Update: Having tried some of their other items, I feel like this place can now be considered in the food court. Although not the best quality, the boba and spring rolls were decent and the phở tastes fine. — Detailed Summary — Being in this mall again, I was able to try the strawberry milk tea boba and shrimp spring rolls. While nothing special, the boba and spring rolls were decent and enjoyable. The spring roll was not too freshly made as it was pulled out of the fridge and wrapped in saran wrap pre made. I guess other customers are more lucky with freshly made spring rolls. The phở tastes fine, but lacks the normal amount of herbs, bean sprouts, and just volume I am use to having in Vietnamese places. The price is also pretty high for the portions you get. Regardless, I am happy they have sriracha and hoisin sauce to use on the side. Unfortunately, they were out of bahn mi(Vietnamese sandwiches) that I wanted to try; the menu said it was seasonal and I am not sure what about the sandwich makes it seasonal. Regardless, an option to consider in the food court. Nothing too horrible about it.

Nice to see a fresh alternative to the typical«mall food» consisting of greasy Chinese food, pizza that has been sitting out on the counter all day, and your usual fast food joints. The spring rolls were freshly prepared and tasted really fresh and crisp. The sauce that came with them was a peanut sauce that wasn’t too thick or sweet, really nice. I had a grilled pork«hoagie»(bahn mi) and it was also freshly made. The bread was nice and crispy, the pork was well seasoned and the pickled daikon and carrots were good, but didn’t have as big of a punch as I like. No fresh jalapeño, but I know that’s not for everyone. Prices were very reasonable. I had the spring rolls and sandwich for a little over 8 bucks. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Haven’t been to Tyrone mall in awhile & I was pleasantly surprised to see a phở bar dead in the center! I knew I had to give it a try and def wasn’t disappointed. I ordered 2 orders of fresh rolls, pork banh mi, and lychee tea(which was amazing). Overall it’s a nice new addition to Tyrone mall & definitely looking forward to trying the phở next time I visit.
