Thank heavens for Lad and Alix! We have a home in Gulfport but travel frequently. They check on our place regularly, water the plants, collect and sort the mail — snd they tell us about anything needing immediate attention! Such peace of mind! No worries about a leak going undetected and ruining the condo below etc etc etc. Very reasonable fee. The New York Times loss (they are retired executives) is our gain.
Don’t know what we’d do without them!
