BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM RIP OFF PLACE! I would put NEGATIVE 1 star. «Fixed» in scare quotes my AC last year. I barely drive the car. Half the time the air wasn’t on. The VERY FIRST TIME after the so-​called repair on a very hot day, it broke. The same exact problem. Now they want 1,364.10 to fix it again. I said no. But my husband told them within a 2 hour time span to go ahead. They said that the part they wouldn’t get for 6 days (Wed) was already ordered so they, get this, charged him $ 850.00 for NOTHING. Nothing. They would not return the car. Nothing is referring to a restocking fee for a part they don’t have and wouldn’t receive until Wednesday. UNBELIEVABLE. He didn’t sign a thing. I will be calling his credit card and and disputing (it’s pending now). STAY AWAY. Never ever go to this place.
So in summary:
— Got an estimate for $ 1,364.10 for the SAME repair they made last year.
— Said it was a special part and wouldn’t be in until Wednesday (6 days from now)
— Husband told them to go ahead
— Called wife (me) 2 hours later and I told him NO WAY.
— He called back and canceled
— They said that there is a restocking fee
— Wouldn’t return car to husband until they charged $ 847.99 on his CC
They did no repair.
They had no part.
The part that is so special and expensive is 10.00 (yes ten dollars) on eBay
I called Midas Corporate. They were pleasant enough. Let’s see.

I just got my Scion TC serviced for what I expected to be a pricey brake repair. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service provided by the two gentlemen who helped me. I was quoted a very honest and reasonable estimate. They took the time to explain that the issue wasn’t even what I originally thought AND I ended up saving money! I wish all car service experiences could be like this one. Great job and thank you!

Got an oil change and they forgot to put oil in my truck. The mechanic drove it around the block with all the lights and gauges screaming. I had to point out that he forgot the oil.
Got an an alignment and it was awful. It drove worse after the supposed alignment. Had to bring it back immediately and missed out on a job interview.
5 times it’s been brought back for a stalling issue and they still can’t fix it but they keep charging me.
Never going back!!! And I don’t recommend the place

During rush hour traffic yesterday all our engine and battery lights when on and the power steering failed. By the time the vehicle cooled off we were able to limp it in to Midas. Scott and his team were able to quickly diagnose the problem and ordered to part for delivery. Even though they had been working since 7:00 am they oferred us a ride home. This morning the car was ready to go. Parts and labor costs were explained last night and were reasonable. Scott and his team were extremely professional caring and friendly. I can without hesitation recommend this Midas. Will definitely return for regular maintenance!

We stopped in just before we were leaving to drive back to Illinois with a noise in the rt rear break. Zac the service manager took a look & showed me that it was just some rust. The car had sat idle for a week. He said it would wear itself off in a short time. And it did. it is a pleasure to find people that are honest and not just telling us we needed work done.

I travel a great deal and I was very impressed with the staff at Midas! I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, the manager made me feel comfortable with his assessments and the guys worked quickly and efficiently to get me in my way! I’ll be BACK!

The manager over there is great. He came to my house and put coolant in my vehicle for free! You can’t beat that. I will go back for other services.

Midas was recommended to me by my sister. When I called to make the appointment, the young lady was pleasant and accommodating. The gentleman at Midas were cordial. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. It was a great experience. Why would I go anywhere else for an oil change? With coupon it was 25 bucks!

I have never written a negative review before. This place inspired me! Very rude front counter guy! I bought 2, 40,000 mile rated tires at this location 11 months and 15,000 miles ago. These tires are shot. If you need auto repair or tires, you could do better anywhere else but Midas. I feel bad for the tech’s there. A whole row of empty bays and a manager who does not want the business because of treating customers poorly.

The coffee and wifi are free, I’m not sure what the guy below is talking about. Very nice, they got me in right when they opened and got it done quickly. I got an oil change and tire rotation for a minivan, and they matched Tire Kingdom’s price (24.95 plus disposal fee).

I stopped in this afternoon to have my car checked out (as it was making crazy noises)… Free check, quick service and honest guys! Plus, they gave me a coupon from online that I wasn’t aware of. Top notch

HORRIBLE RIP OFF, go to Instaquick, they are not far away. Midas charges for stale coffee and WIFI, it’s a joke. I showed up W/​a 19.99 oil change coupon and they wanted to charge me $ 70.00 for a small 4 cyl Civic?! This is a red carpet rip off joke. Oil is oil, go someplace else that REALLY Honors coupons. These clowns are rude too, real «know it all’s» tried to tell me that I «MUST» get full synth oil when I clearly have a car manual that states other wise. Joke of a place don’t go!

Terrible service, lied about price, very rude. Will never use Midas for any car needs again. I wish there was something lower then 1 star.

Wonderful service! I went in just to get a quote for replacing the air in my tires with NO2. The minute I drove up, a clerk came to greet me and took my car right onto the lift. Of course my demeanor was a bit cold since I was a girl at a mechanic. But the extremely nice manager John, from the UK, came back within 8 minutes and told me my tires were now completely filled with NO2. I asked what my total was and he said no charge! All he asked is that i bring my car back to him if I ever need service!!! I was absolutely amazed. I even had my boyfriend double check that it was in fact NO2 in my tires and he confirmed it! I will definitely be going back to this Midas.
