FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I have used the services of FedEx since the late 1970’s, and never once have I had an issue with their première service. I have shipped emergency items, last-​minute gifts, perishable things, low-​priority packages, small envelopes and large boxes, and they all get to their destination on time and undamaged.
I laugh at the complaints I have read from people that can’t understand why their package was delivered late when they didn’t properly complete the simple paperwork, or a storm closed down the destination airport. They also cannot understand why their glass set was cracked after the 1500 mile trip shipped in the container that they wrapped themselves. All I know is, when I want something delivered on time and correctly, FedEx is the most reputable courier without exception. I have tried their competitors, and found that none come remotely close to their standards and results.
This FedEx location came to the rescue last Saturday afternoon, minutes before their shipping cutoff time. A family member was headed for an international flight and found out that their passport had expired. The quickest option was to FedEx the original renewal paperwork to the passport office in San Francisco, and they would send the new passport via FedEx. We zoomed to the FedEx office late in the day, and received the passport on Tuesday as promised.
The staff calmly assured us the packages would be delivered as committed, and they were right again. They are true professionals, and provide the very best customer service to the millions of customers they serve.

This is a great FedEx office location. They always have my online submissions printed in a timely fashion. Plus, they’re always super friendly when I come to pick everything up.

I had a great experience with the staff. Very helpful! I went into this kinko’s not knowing why type of sign to use for my business and the staff helped me quickly. They even called late right before closing to help with final details. Super nice! Specially Kent :) thumps up!

Update-​one of the items we shipped was broken after dagger eyes sent it. Supposedly we were supposed to get reimbursed but it’s been two months and nothing! No way FedEx, no way.

What’s the point of emailing a large print job 12 hours in advance only to arrive at the store and be told there were some questions. Really? So the fact that I typed my phone number in the body of the email wasn’t enough for you to give me a call with your «questions»?
Poor customer service and a lack of problem solving skills will cause me to not return to this location.
