Cornells Phase III Collision Center

The first thing you will notice at Cornell’s is the reception and office area is clean, organized, uncluttered, and tastefully appointed. This may seem a strange way to start review on a body shop but it is indicative of the professionalism and attention to detail that characterizes this business.
When I visited for the estimate it was a very pleasant experience. I had said at the time it would be a few days before I could bring the car in. I received a follow up call about making an appointment which was a nice touch telling me that they really did value me as a customer.
My car was completed at the time agreed. It was probably a bit difficult to match the paint because my car has a non original color repaint but the color match was excellent. It is evident extra effort was made to obtain excellent results in a difficult situation.
The price was good. It is said that you get what you pay for but I feel like got more than that. Cornell’s is value for the money. Plus everyone I met there is super nice. How can you beat that?
