I brought my BMW to this shop on Mon ¹⁄₁₈ in the afternoon because the State Farm adjuster was scheduled to look at the car on Tues at 9am. The shop said it would take 4 – 5 days to complete. I called on Thurs afternoon to get an update only to find out the adjuster just came at 2:30…that day! I received no call from the shop on Tues, Wed or Thurs saying your adjuster hasn’t shown up so I could chase SF down and get the guy out. So now the clock starts on the fix time…3 days later. They might be able to get it done by Tues, but def no later than Wed. I call Tues for status and they say they’re about done but they noticed a slow leak in the back tire… a gouge in the side wall. Great! It needed to be replaced, balanced and then get an alignment, which they would take care of. I’m seriously surprised they didn’t try to stick me with that cost. They said they had the tire in stock and would get it over to service that day but they didn’t think it would be done until the next day. On Wed I call to see if I could pick it up and they said service hadn’t worked on it yet, but it would def be done on Thurs. Thurs I talk with the shop at 1:40 and am told that the tire is not done yet. WTF! And as it’s almost the end of the day it probably won’t be done until Fri. (You’ve had my car for more than 10 days to replace one passenger door and a tire!). I catch a ride over to the dealership as my 7 days of car rental are long gone, and the shop tells me there’s nothing they can do. It’s like deer in headlights. They say the alignment would take 2 hrs and it’s almost 5pm. They are useless! I go over to Service, get someone in charge (I think his name was Paul…). Great guy. I explain the issue and he gets a mechanic hopping on it immediately, and comes back a little while later to say the tire is on and they are doing the alignment now. It will be done in 20 mins. Ummm, that’s not 2 hours, that’s 45 mins. But here’s the kicker. The guy says the collision center won’t release the car because SF didn’t confirm payment had been made. Apparently they had been «trying» for days to get confirmation. Did they call me for assistance? NO, OF COURSE NOT! Now, since my car is ready, my only recourse is to PAY IN FULL, instead of only my $ 500 deductible. Are you kidding me!!! So I drive off and as the car automatically locks the doors I hear a triple click on the door they replaced. They didn’t even do the job correctly!!!
Avoid this shop at all costs!

Recently had bodywork done on my 2003 Hyundai, very pleased with the quality of workmanship and care given to my car. Excellent service from processing the claim to the service, they even detailed the inside. Looked like a new car inside and out.
