Both my car and my husband’s car have been hit while going through this car wash (never had a problem at any other car wash in the area). When my car was hit, the supervisor took everyone’s information and said he would follow up with us (never heard back from him). Most recently last month (January), my husband’s car was hit from behind in the line with deep scratches left on the bumper. The owner said we need to figure it out with our insurance company, so we are in the process of getting it addressed. This car wash is located in a very tight spot with limited room at the exit. They pack the cars extremely close together and there is a delay when your car is coming off the conveyor which is where both our cars were hit.

Its nice the car wash is so cheap. But you get what you pay for. I paid an extra $ 2 for my wheels to be cleaned and they were not clean. Had to clean them myself. Also my husband took his car through. The next day saw a scratch on his wheel and that’s hard to hide when his rims are all black. Won’t go back.

Free car wash! Too bad I bumped the car in front of me, and the person behind me bumped me.
They try to get too many cars in and out. Tell them you want some space between the car in front and some space behind if you go.
My Free Car Wash cost me a new license plate holder and a nick on the bumper.
