Disappointing. I contacted this company to trap and remove a skunk. My dogs had been getting skunked every 2 – 3 weeks since July. I agreed to a $ 194.99 set up fee(2 traps) and a $ 95 wildlife removal cost(per animal). The setup fee is stated to include **all trips necessary to end the wildlife situation.** Within the first week or two, we had heavy rain and I was called to say they typically come out and re-bait the traps after this type of rain. I said, great! I didn’t realize, because I was not told, that I would be charged a $ 95 service call. Thankfully, they(Ashly) waived the service call since I had not been made aware. However, shouldn’t this have fallen under«all trips necessary to end the wildlife situation?» Now, a month(and 3 dog«skunkings») later, no skunks have been caught. Trapper Joe’s calls to tell me they want to re-bait and/or move my traps(for a $ 95 service fee!) I asked if it would be okay for me to re-bait and move the trap myself, since I really have a hard time justifying another $ 95 for that, and they agreed to give me until Friday, and then they are coming to remove the traps. They said that if we were going to catch something, we would have done it by now. So, I guess I will be paying a $ 95 service call anyway just to remove my empty traps! They seem to have no interest in actually helping me catch the skunk and to only want their $ 95 one way or another! There has been very little transparency in dealing with this company. Overall, I feel a bit ripped off. The entire experience has felt to me to be rather unprofessional and disorganized. I will say that the woman I spoke with on the phone throughout all of this, Ashly, was always very pleasant and helpful.

Pretty bad customer service. I agree I was told that it was $ 165.00 to remove a bat from my house and do a thorough inspection of my house to determine entry points for the bat, however, although the person who came to remove the bat was polite and seemed to genuinely want to find the bat, after about 10 minutes he came out of the room where I thought I had isolated the bat to tell me there wasn’t a bat in there. I basically grabbed my own flashlight and started looking all over the house. He proceeded to help me search and tell me it took him 3 hours once to find a bat, but seemed satisfied after 30 minutes of searching for mine-with no luck that this one wasn’t going to be found. He didn’t go into my attic and search(I could have a colony living in there for all I know). I protested about the $ 165.00 charge(wish I made $ 165.00 for 30 minutes of walking around with a flashlight). I was told since they came out and took their time to look it was $ 165.00. I didn’t feel this was an adequate effort and should have at least been told that they would come back free of charge if I find the bat flying around my house once the sun went down. No such luck-I was told I would probably be charged again if I called for them to come back out. The worst part was it wasn’t as if the technician had to drive out of his way to get to my house. The tech was already in my neighborhood on another job. Anyway-long story but if you have a bat in the house-try and get it out your self and don’t call these guys. They really seemed to be a scam and not much more. Too bad.
