Had a Scott-​Lee installed 20 yr old Lennox system in my old house.
This summer I had scott-​Lee install a 95AFU furnace and 15 seer AC unit in my current house. They did a great job. They did everything they promised. They even took care of filling the Utility company rebates.

Fast friendly service, higher than normal prices. I was charged $ 261.00 for two technicians on two different days to install a $ 28 solenoid valve on my humidifier, which wasn’t even the reason I called them in the first place. They installed my Lennox furnace, so I will probably use them for warranty work only.

The people at Scott Lee are so nice and helpful. They are quick to respond to calls and flexible with scheduling. When our a/​c seemed fix but was then broken two days later, they assured me there would be no charge for coming back out and made the effort to be there the next morning. Super customer service especially in dealing with a very old system.

Called them to have our AC checked out since our house was not getting cooler. My hubby chose them since they work with Lennox units (which is what we have). The technician arrived early (he called first if that was ok with me). Andy was courteous and gave me an estimate of the job he will do before doing further work. Can’t complain. AC is now working. Thanks, Andy!
