The first round, we had an OK experience. The agent got our place rented out, although with some bumps and lots of work on my end along with some really weird awkward moments.
Come the second round, the agent was completely careless and totally out of sync, which caused many financial hardships to us.
Studies have shown that it is the second impression that is most impactful.
I fired the agent and hired a new one from another company.
What HL agent couldn’t do in real estate’s high season, the new agent from another company did it during a low season and quickly with not much work at my end.
The horror story is too much to type here.
Advice: if you want to hire these guys to sell your home, use extra caution and perhaps interview the agent before you move forward.
