FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I came in to print off some pictures for a school project I was doing.
First I called in to check that they could print 8×10 photos and they told me that yes, they could. Then, as soon as I got into the store, I asked again and again they told me (again) that they could.
So I began to email them the pictures via my iPhone (which took QUITE a long time, but they can’t be blamed for that). Then, having already spent 20 minutes standing there, trying to get my files to go through, the manager (who had been rude the entire time) told me that actually, no, they don’t have the technology needed to print off 8×10 photos, despite what everyone else in the store had told me.
All in all, it was a terrible experience. The manager who was «helping» me was rude and, despite telling me that they could help me, they didn’t. Instead I went down the road to Office Depot and they helped me. Fantastic service at the Office Depot, though!
