DONOT use this storage facility. We rented a unit 6 weeks ago to store extras while we list our house. Last week we opened the unit to find that it’s is infested with cockroaches. We informed them of the infestation and it’s been 5 days and they still have not had a pest control company there. We are having to go through every item in every box and much of our items are being thrown out to ensure we don’t move the infestation into our new home! Completely dissatisfied!

I have used this location for the past four years to store college items over the summer. The units have all been clean and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and efficient. I rent from out of state and they coordinate the contracts between St. Louis and NJ and make my life easy. Highly recommend!

I had a really sticky situation with my «ex» and getting her property back to her. These guys were very understanding, and very easy to work with. With great prices. The property is well taken care of and I especially like the security features. Their rates and specials are better than what I had found and the staff was, very informative and helpful during the process.

Everyone was friendly until a structural issue caused water to flow into my locker. «Should’ve gotten rental insurance,» you say? Well, the structural issues of a building are the responsibility of the facility, and not the rental insurance’s liability, according to the insurance and the lawyer(s) I called. The only thing that was completely ruined was my couch… this was an indoor, climate controlled unit, mind you… and they refused to cover it. Seeing as a lawyer would’ve cost more than replacing the couch, I just sucked it up. But I’d advise picking any other place. Especially if you’re going to pay damn near 70 $ a month for climate controlled access… you deserve better than a leaky foundation, managers who knew it had happened before but didn’t inform you(Oh, it flooded, but we «fixed» it) and general boredom/eye-rolling at your complaints. No manager/owner could be found until I called the city… and then, the number was not left. Avoid this place at all costs… or just plan on getting new furniture.
