I went with my mom and sister today and we had a great time. We all got pedicures and shellac manicures. The place was really nice and the staff was friendly and great. I only took off one star because my french manicure wasn’t perfect. It looks good, but there are a couple little mistakes that bother me a little bit. Great prices and nice atmosphere.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. ****** I HONESTLYDONOTTHINKTHEGIRLWHODIDMYGELMANIWASCERTIFIED. ****** If you are familiar with the quality of nail service in Southern California, DONOTCOMEHERE. This by far, is the worst gel mani I have ever received. First off, the girl who helped me looked like she did not want to be there. Fairly young looking girl– long, dark hair with red tips. she hastily soaked my nails in acetone to take off my previous gel mani and started to chip off the gel BEFORE it was ready. AKA the top layer of nails is now scuffed off and hella rough. Then the filing… I told her i wanted square nails. she looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language… she was obviously unfamiliar with my request so i was prepared to correct whatever mistakes there were. I grew my nails out pretty long and she shaved them down so inconsistently(at one point I had five different lengths of nails…)! At this point I should have just walked out, but I decided to stay because I needed to cover the scuffs on my nails from the gel removal. When she started to paint my nails, her phone rang. SHEPICKEDUPTHEPHONEANDCONTINUEDTOPAINTMYNAILS. How unprofessional can you get? Of course, the gel got on the skin around my fingers and before putting it under the light, I asked if she could clean up my nails. She again, looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language and asked what needed to be fixed. um… THERE’S PAINTONMYSKIN! so this went on for 3 coats and even though I tried to have her fix it every time, still. paint on my skin. This job took a little over an hour… I proceeded to pay in full as I was on vacay and high off endorphins from hiking all week in Zion and Bryce Canyon. If this wasn’t the case, I would’ve refused to pay. This is just the beginning for this salon… I also get the sense that there are management issues as well…

Travel for works so this was a first & probably last but Quick convenient service. Walked in after work for a pedicure & was greeted warmly. The pedicure was good for the price. Nice place.

I made an appointment for 12:00pm. I arrived early and was told to sit down and pick my colors for my gel manicure. I waited while the tech was just starting someone else’s and was told it’d only take 10 minutes. 45 minutes later she started mine which was supposed to be an hour long manicure and gel polish. The tech was very sweet but was talking poorly of the client before me which was bothersome. She quickly pushed back my cuticles and did a little filing and started with the gel polish. My outcome was nice and they look decent but my personal service was quick and poor. I was done in less than 20 minutes and I don’t think you could call my manicure a manicure at all but I was still asked to pay for it. I would have happily paid the price for just the gel nails but was bothered about paying an extra $ 20 for my «Spa Manicure». LThere were 4 other people waiting for their SCHEDULED nail appointments after mine. Like I said, the tech was sweet but their time and appointments are very poorly managed. I would not go here again. Very disappointed.

When I walked in, no one greeted me. When I wandered through the various rooms, trying to make sure I was in the right place, no one greeted me. I finally got the attention of one of the technicians to make sure I didn’t have to go to some secret room to sign up or something. She assured me I was in the right place, then went back to filing toenails. I wandered some more. I looked at every bottle of nail polish. I lingered by the cash register. I looked at the gaudy jewelry they had for sale. After 20 minutes, I gave up and left. I give them the second star for having a pretty cute little salon, at the very least.

We were passing through on our way to Brian Head and had some time to kill. It was a Friday afternoon and after calling and visiting a few nail places, we were left with this place since everyone else was booked. We were led back together and both seated at the bowls around the same time. There was only one lady who was doing both of our toes, so my friend had her entire pedicure done before mine was even started. After my pedicure was done(it looked like crap, the polish didn’t even reach the edges of my nail bed, she didn’t clean up around the edges, so I had polish on my skin) I was taken to another area where another person did my nails. I normally where clear polish on my fingernails, yet I always have someone trying to talk me into painting them. This time she was trying her best to get me to get a gel manicure. I explained to her that it is against my employers policy to have gel polish, and she questioned me and said«I’ve never heard that before» Well I wouldn’t expect you to know the policy of my work place! I settled on a pink glitter polish. After we left, upon inspecting my nails, I saw how horrible they looked. I couldn’t wait to get home to remove the polish on both my toes and fingers. Well when I finally got home the next day, I started to take off the polish on my nails, with an acetone remover, and the polish wasn’t coming off. I then realized she must’ve used a gel clear topcoat. I spent over an hour rubbing and an entire bottle of acetone nail polish remover. Complete ignorance. After a really terrible mani/pedi that I wasted $ 50 on, then to discover she used gel after I told her I can’t have that on my nails. I hadn’t planned on writing a review of this place, but after receiving an email from the owner regarding my picture that I had posted, and then receiving a message from Unilocal HQ that they removed it, I decided to let people know. I’m not sure how they were able to remove since it was a direct reflection of the work done here( Unilocal said my captions were too broad). Stay away from this place.

Clean, plenty of color options and the staff was super friendly! We passed through on the way out from Zion and they took care of our toes and fingers! Will return.
