My first time trying the turkey, I’m not a fan of the turkey. Basically its like a ham turkey. I was thinking something else, like tender and slow cooked. I could’ve just gone to walmart and heat up some slice turkey ham at home.

We had Dickies cater our homeowner’s association meeting(approx. 100 people) and it was great! The turkey was tender and moist. The brisket was perfectly smoked. Their staff served the food. Apple cobbler for dessert! Many compliments on the food.

Very decent BBQ! I liked the rids. Meaty, tender, moist, flavorful and good sweet sauce. The brisket was a bit dry but very flavorful. Loved the beans o the side and the corn bread. It is a bit expensive but Q seems to be really going up in price in all the rib joints I have tried.

Today, I should like to introduce a term to you and that PAQ. PAQ stands for Perfectly Acceptable Q and that is normally reserved for BBQ that is neither outstanding nor insufferable but delivers a standard, consistently«ok» experience, which is what this place does. Regular readers will know I’m somewhat a fan of this chain and try to get to various locations to compare and contrast. This one, alas, is not one of the better ones and I suppose it is because it’s a bit slower and there’s not enough food rotation. To their credit, the pulled pork is done well, but with the ribs, despite the signage stating otherwise, these were marked by a distinct lack of smoke. The ribs were acceptable, but not much more than that. The cheddar sausage was not served hot enough, so all the cheese pockets inside were congealed. In a way, this is good, as it served to remind me to never order that particular menu item at this chain again, since I’ve yet to find a store capable of doing it well. Aside from that, Coke Zero fountain mix was ok, jalapeño beans were as good as usual and the okra was made to order fresh. I think this one will really start hitting on all cylinders in the next 6 — 12 months with a bit more business and if they keep their solid staff, will be real contenders in the area.

It’s a chain it’s one the perk free ice cream cone(even then mediocre ice cream). I didn’t understand the menu. Hint: drive to hurricane and go to sonny boy worth the drive!

Finally a great tasting restaurant in St. George Utah. The pulled pork was very tender and the brisket was delicious. The sauce tasted like authentic TEXAS barbecue and it made us think of home. Good job! We will be back

Pretty disappointing — the restaurant was empty and they had already put up more than half the chairs. They were out of chicken, brisket, and Mac and cheese. The person behind the counter messed up out orders about 7 times(in a group of 7) and the staff were zoning out(despite a quickly forming line). The pulled pork was pretty flavorless but the sauce was good. Wouldn’t come back. Least swanky restaurant I’ve ever been in. Free ice cream is good in theory but bad when it’s bad ice cream…

I recently took my Grandparents here to celebrate my Grandfathers birthday. We ordered the family pack and it was very good. My Grandparents both said it was the best ribs they had ever had. The service was very good for a fast food BBQ place. The gentlemen working the counter were polite and attentive even though they were very busy. The food while very good, is not quite as good as the The Road Kill Grill down in Vegas but the prices were very reasonable for what we got and the atmosphere was better. Free soft serve vanilla ice cream cones was nice plus as well. If you like good BBQ at a good price you will pleased here!

I had lunch here today on a recommendation from a friend, he was right food was really good. I was going to give them 5 stars but the bun for my pulled pork sandwich was a little to thick although they don’t skimp on the meat at all. The 2 ladies behind the counter were very friendly & took their time to explain the menu choices on the most popular items. I will be going back & trying something else, especially the free ice cream.

This is a great place to stop on your way up to Brian Head ski area. It is excellent BBQ. The meat on the pork ribs just about falls off the bone. The brisket, the rolls, the scalloped potatoes, the mac ‘n cheese, and free ice cream — all good! It would be nice if there was at least something green and healthy on the menu. Maybe the cole slaw could be made with less mayonnaise. We also got a tour from Mike. We were among the last customers so the timing was just right. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

The service here was outstanding! We were helped by a guy names Mike and he was awesome. Very helpful and nice! Mike let me try the chicken since he said that was the best. It was good but I don’t go to BBQ places to get chicken or turkey. I ended up getting a pulled pork sandwich. Good texture and appearance. The taste was good but it didn’t have much depth of smokey flavor in the meat. The BBQ sauce helped it and was tasty.

Among the Best BBQ I have EVER had! This is definitely my favorite BBQ spot. I just wish they had more locations in California. Also, their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place.

Michael the person serving me was an amazing customer service representative. For a fast food type of barbecue place he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best meal possible. This kid right here deserve a promotion or a paycheck increase their boss man because he is doing things for your business that you would want every employee to do and be. Now on to the food itself. For the price I paid I would say it’s a pretty darn good start. I rated this 4 stars and I could have rated it better except for the bathroom. Guys it is kind of a big deal the condition your bathrooms exist. No one wants to walk in and see several dead cockroaches on the ground even if they are only small cockroaches. Kind of a big deal. As for the food itself it seemed pretty fresh and very tasty. The BBQ sauces and spices were right on par and other than that no complaints I was happy.

Pretty good considering the locale in the middle of nowhere. It’s part of a chain that obviously has their system down pat. It’s not the best, but it’s good, and I’ll take it for a highway dinner stop. There’s nothing wrong with the ribs and they let you choose and add sauce yourself. Pretty good as a straight-up, dry-rubbed meat. My one gripe is that it’s about 25% too expensive for what you get, but then again, it is in the middle of nowhere.

I had the best beef BBQ sandwich with a side of fried okra. My boyfriend had pulled pork and sliced sausage with potato salad and coleslaw. My okra was a little too salty, but still great since that is something hard to find as a side dish in the West. The atmosphere was fun. The people were nice and wanted to know how everything was. I almost felt like I was in Texas getting BBQ from some hole in the wall place. Loved it!

Very friendly staff. Offered samples… but the beans were mediocre. And the food is Overpriced. Expected a more«lived in» feel for the reputation the place had. Not a strip mall/mcdonalds feel. Mostly my review and 3 stars is the disappointment in the fast food restaurant feel. Ribs were delicious, sauce was delicious. But were is the cornbread? Mac & cheese looked processed.

If I could give negative stars I would. The food was awful and the portions were TINY. They screwed up our online order, and after almost twenty minutes after ordering, the order was still not ready. There are too many other choices in the area to give this one another chance. Tl;dr: Amateur hour is over people. Make better food and be quick about it.

Yes, it’s a drive-through and it’s got the fast food vibe, but the BBQ at Dickey’s is legit! I was literally licking my fingers after my dinner at Dickey’s. The brisket is dry but so tender and not over-smoked in the least. The pulled pork is perfect, moist with a few crunchy bits. Their BBQ sauce, which they give you PLENTY of, is an immaculate balance of savory and sweet with a satisfying vinegar pang. The rolls are buttery but not flaky, perfect for sopping up sauce or making a slider. The jalapeño beans bring the heat while the potato casserole is just sinful. I’m still in disbelief that the BBQ is so good here. If this is what a drive-through in Utah can create I wonder what I am missing in Texas!!! I’m used to paying sky high prices for mediocre BBQ places out here in OC, damn I wish we had Dickey’s here.
