Chili’s

I only came for Gus. Good guy, great hair. Very spunky. He made my dining experience feel like I was in a private jet sharing cocktails with Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes and Debra Messing and Kathy Bates.

I have been to chilis many times over the past 13 years I have lived here and I haven’t had a bad experience with the food or customer service. Devin the server was nice and very prompt about getting us our food and kept our drinks filled. I have been to other places in town that can’t seem to get that right. The only concern that I have was the bathroom was a mess. I don’t know if someone just went in there and made a mess or if they hadn’t cleaned it in a while. Cleanliness is very important to me when eating out at restaurants. It is a representation of how your food is being prepared and.

Only reason for the four stars is our server. He did a great job with our large party. He had a great attitude and was on he spot.
The hostess also was able to find a section to accommodate our large party.

I normally enjoy coming to chilis but last few experiences have sucked! I just left this location and I came in with my bff and sister in law. We sat in the lounge thinking we’d get better service, but we were way wrong. Our waitresses were sweet until the end. They didn’t really check up on us too often and when check out came my card didn’t work so my sister paid for me and they never came back to bring our change. And they also never asked if we wanted boxes because they didn’t check on us and didn’t give us a chance to ask for anything. We finally got up and walked around the store to find them and ask for our needs met. And they were super snotty and rolled there eyes. The waitress behind the bar was my waitress the last time I came in.
Super sad that this experience blowed.

The hostess was an older lady with glasses who was not nice at all to us or other customers… We asked to move because we were seated right in the middle of a traffic area by the bar and right where the door would open and cold wind would blow in, she rudely said we were not a priority because we were already seated and would not move us. I am usually very understanding at restaurants because I too work at a very busy restaurant but I would never talk to customers like that or refuse to move them when they asked. The server however was very very sweet and polite we appreciated her.

I came in and it took me forever to get seated. My food came out cold. The chips and salsa were great as usual. It took awhile to get refills on drinks. The waiters were all talking and laughing like they had all the time in the world but they did not serve us well. I would not go back.

Previous reviews said the service was bad, but I promise they have responded to the reviews and changed things because they provided excellent service. Food was great too!

Our group was very nervous about the service coming in (due to past reviews). But when we came in the waiter made a point in saying that service was a priority. And he really delivered. Great service.
Our food was delicious as well! Based on the past reviews management had noticed the lack in service and they have turned a new page. Maybe I just got a great waiter though.

Although the food was standard, I’m giving this place 1 star due to the lack of professionalism from the employees in the kitchen.
The place was pretty empty at dinnertime.
Bartender was pretty nice but it took him a good 5+minutes to first attend to us because he was busy making drinks for the waiters to take to other tables. The 2 of us were the only ones sitting at the bar. He checked on us a couple times during our meal, asked us how things were tasting, etc.
We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Salad (pretty good), and Cheese Bites (greasy and salty.)
There was a football game going on, and a man sitting behind us had been there for a while.
He got really into the game and was reacting loudly to the touchdowns and ref calls (but not loud enough to annoy us). He made a loud «aww» noise during one of the calls, and I could hear several of the employees in the kitchen imitating him and laughing for a good 5 minutes. They kept «aww”-ing and laughing which annoyed me quite a bit.
I was sitting at the bar right next to the kitchen so I could hear everything. That man probably heard everything too. thankfully we were almost done with our meal.
Kitchen staff, that was pretty low.
We were also not greeted on the way out.

The service was horrible. It took over 10 minutes for the server to even stop by our table, which when she finally did it was just to tell us she would be with us «in a minute,» which turned into another 10 minutes before we got our drinks. The trend continued with the bad service, I won’t bore you with the details, but to summarize our experience: horrible service, sub-​par food (wings taste like there are from Tyson freezer bags), and standard Chili’s atmosphere. No one really expects to get great food at a place like Chili’s but you do expect to at least get something to drink in the first 10 minutes you are there. I liked the ziosks on the table, which made paying our bill extremely easy and quick. I can only imagine how long we would have had to wait for our server to bring us our check.

Mix and match fajitas were good choice if you’re hungry and want to share. The meat was actually pretty tender. The chicken was soft and breast meat but the shrimp… oh, meh don’t bother ordering the shrimp. It’s like eating hard jello because it’s not so much crunchy like fresh shrimp but it’s just too salty and not appetizing to eat. Liked my house vinagrette salad and enjoyed some dranks. Won’t go wrong cause there’s no wait time when come in at 850pm.

It s the second time we came in this chilis go away in another restaurant!

Found the tortillas had flour instead of traditional corn tortillas. The waiter dropped them off & never returned. The manager strolled by later and asked if I enjoyed lunch. I explained the problem and she acted as if it was mine, walking backwards and away as she spoke. Totally dissatisfied.

The food was alright. My chicken was a little rubbery tasting. The service was great! Our waitress was Maddie and she was awesome! Very thoughtful and personable.

Great service! The server was very attentive and on top of everything. The food was exactly as described. It’s not very often that the food actually looks like the picture in the menu but I got that here!

New look. New menu. Delicious and great. Even the waitress was excited about the changes, and did a great job! Food was tremendous. Had they table side guac. And the smoked wings, Mmmm…

Other than the chips, they keep changing the menu. I like the place but it is not as good as they used to be. Twice had the ribeye and I hate to say it but it was the worst ribeyes I have ever had. It seems like a restaurant that won’t be around for very long.

Wow. I only ate here because a customer gave me a gift card for Chili’s. I feel like I should call my customer and apologize for wasting their money. We spent over an hour and a half in that place and all we ordered were 2 drinks a burger and an order of nachos. This Chili’s is so bad I won’t eat at another Chili’s. I should have known better from all the stellar reviews this location has…

On Jan. 9, 2015 my husband wanted to go to our local Chili’s. I was totally against it.
I had they worse service about 6 years ago & NEVER went back. My husband assured me the place had changed management, so we took a chance.
Our waiting time was not too bad. Our waitress was right on top of things. Very friendly & helpful. We all enjoyed our meals & our son enjoyed playing games while we waited for our food. We will go back ~
The reason for 4 stars, we were seated by window, but could see right the waiting station and the floor was a mess. Really something you don’t want to see while eating.

Very clean and very friendly staff. We came here twice on our vacation once on the way and once on the way back.
They got a new table top touch screen where you can pay your ticket with a card. It also has games you can play for $.99.
If we ever head back to this area we will be back.
