After waiting 2 hours for a basic oil change at a competitor I tried Tuffy. That was a year ago and I haven’t been anywhere since. The staff is friendly and professional. They have never disappointed. My wife’s car needed timing belt done they suggested replacing the water pump at the same time. This sounded funny so I called a few other shops and then asked a friend who is a retired mechanic. Tuffy was not only correct for suggesting the water pump but they were spot on with the price.
