Yes I agree with this parent comment. This is a company not really care about child. All they care about is the money and their policy. They lure you in their pool and then they does not treat you or your child as the real person… anything help you ask, they will related with fee or policy… one thing want to mention is that they uses the legal law quite often to defend themselves but in reality those are not true …

I enrolled my son in New Horizon early 2013 and since then he has received wonderful care from the staff in the infant room. Miss Audrey and Miss Laurie are some of the most caring and dedicated child care professionals, they truly developed a relationship with our family. Unfortunately this experience has been tainted by the horrible billing and pricing issues that I have experienced with the New Horizon corporate office. They increased our rate without notice and now refuse to honor the pricing that they advertised to us at enrollment. This deceptive sales tactic was just the beginning of months of issues with billing, contracts, and back office staff. Please don’t subject your family to the pain of falling in love with their staff only to have to leave because of their shady business practices. This company has proven to us that they will always choose profit over people which is not the environment that I want my child to grow and develop in. New Horizon blames the our issues on an expired corporate contact which they advertised to us as «active» when we enrolled. Beware they will say whatever they need to get you in the door but do nothing to keep you as a customer. We also had several issues with payments not being processed properly, the last straw was an incident that where my son was injured and no report was created until we asked for it.
