Ron’s Home Inspection Service

This company was hired to perform a home inspection service for us. As soon as we met Ron, we were concerned that he might not physically be able to inspect the home as promised. He had a hard time carrying the ladder and setting it up.
During the almost 2 hour inspection he talked about his dog and his previous job as a police officer. He never turned on a light switch to a water facet.
Once the report was submitted to us, it had things on it, we never discussed. We waited for a week for this and these were things we could have verbally been discussing.
He’s not professional, he is very slow and not even close to any home inspector we have used in the past. Steer clear unless you want lots of surprises.
