When I walked in I was politely greeted by Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable, I know nothing about mattresses and he patiently helped me compare different options. He didn’t just tell me a mattress was better just because, he went into detail about why something was of better quality than another. He was very personable which made the process and purchase a breeze and very enjoyable. I highly recommend mattress firm.

Excellent customer service and high end quality mattress. Shopped around at several other places and none of the product was comparable. The prices were very reasonable and budget friendly. There was no hassle, the salesman just allowed us to try out the mattress and ask him fir help when we needed it the most. I am very pleased and satisfied with the level of customer service we received today.
