I received sub par customer service from both the manager and employee on 12-​30-​2015. I just moved here and had never been to Ulta. From the time I walked in till I left with $ 186 in hair & beauty products I felt unwelcome. The store was beautiful and well stocked, but the employees were not knowledgeable or helpful. It was not crowded in the store. When I go back, I will not ask for help and will know to expect a Wal-​Mart type of beauty shopping experience.

There is never any one available for walk in hair appointments. Salon stylists are mediocre at best.

This is my favorite Ulta location. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. I love getting my brows done at the benefit brow bar. When I’m shopping here I feel like the sales associates are my girlfriends shopping with me. We talk about new makeup techniques and trends and I love hearing about what’s new with my favorite brands. I could spend hours in this store!

Possibly, the ultimate place for makeup, nail, and hair. Haven’t a wider or better selection for the general public. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, always helping out any way possible!
