Stayed here on a weekend trip to St. Augustine. Lovely hotel, overall smaller and a bit older than many of the Hampton Inn’s I’ve stayed in. Nonetheless, a very good stay.
Room was clean and well-​maintained. Breakfast was as you’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn’s — freshly prepared with a larger than average selection. Staff was very friendly.
Location is about 20 minutes from historic St. Augustine.
Only complaint is the wifi. Connection was awful, and I mean really bad. Can’t rate the speed as I couldn’t stay connected long enough to test it.
Otherwise, a nice experience.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice sized king room and very clean. Free breakfast and WiFi were included no matter of status. Only a few miles from dowtown.

I’d like to give the hotel a 3 star based on the nice front desk and breakfast staff but couldn’t. Not one of the nicer HI’s I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Clean enough overall with ample parking. Breakfast was typical. The bed was not one of the better ones. The TV is so so. The AC was one of the only HI’s I’ve stayed in where it didn’t have a thermostat on the wall. You controlled it at the wall unit and even turning it all the way down it never really cooled off. I likely wouldn’t stay here again but the price was fair for the hotel.
