Super nice staff and the coffee was delish! Visited 4 times! Nice courtyard outside but next to a stinky cigar shop

My first choice for coffee in st. Augustine. Sweet, friendly service. Big roomy tables and spaces for work or play. The coffee is awesome, I had the Columbia and loved it. Parking was not bad, wifi, constant and strong.

Walked in because my group and I were due for a cup of Joe after a long afternoon of sightseeing. We were welcomed and served quickly by bubbly staff. Thank You!

Always our first stop, when arriving in beautiful downtown St. Augustine. The baristas here are always friendly, warm, and welcoming. The selections fit every coffee, tea, and beyond palate. Now, they have added some alcohol-based options that would be a delicious addition to many of their already flavorful concoctions.

I was craving a chai, so I pulled out my phone and opened my handy Unilocal app to find City Perk’s Coffee Co. With the boys in tow, we made our way over. It’s tucked in near a set of stairs. You might miss it if you’re not looking for it. There is also an entranceway at the back in the alley. It’s extremely tiny inside, with plenty of seating outside. I ordered a medium hot vanilla spiced chai latte. It was too hot to drink the first time. I mean, the chai was extremely HOT. Even though, I waited at least 20 minutes until taking the first sip, I still burnt my tongue. On the second visit, it was the correct temperature. Unlike the first time, I began drinking it right away. It was really good, but too sweet for my preference. I think I’ll skip the vanilla next time. I’m fairly certain that’s why it was too sweet. I didn’t order anything else, but I will next time. Both times, the baristas were extremely courteous, friendly and prompt with my drink. Price is about the same as Starbucks. Check them out when you’re in the area!

Coffee was amazing. Our barista was very helpful and even helped us make some great twists on the usual drinks. Will definitely go back when in the area!

My son loved his Banana Smoothie and enjoyed my London Fog(earl grey tea with vanilla syrup and milk added). The London Fog was piping hot when I got it and the slight sweetness of the vanilla syrup blended well with the smooth flavor of the earl grey tea and creaminess of the milk. Nice little local coffee shop.

a very helpful and friendly barista smiled and chatted while making my husband the best café con leche he’s ever had. highly reccommend you have one of the Perk’s drinks in hand if you plan on strolling through the scenic streets of St Augustine. a perfect to-go stop!

I visit family near St. Augustine once or twice a year and have stopped by City Perks a few times before, usually to pick up some water or a granola bar. This past Friday, however, was my first experience with any of their brewed drinks. Let me just say, you have never had iced chai like you can have here! I’ve literally been thinking about it all weekend, and trying to plan the remainder of my vacation around stopping here again. Bonus for serving soy with their lattes as well as liquid sugar. Perfect spot to stop and enjoy a nice cold drink before shopping in the area. It’s right near a pretty little courtyard with a fountain where you can sit outside and enjoy.

THIS is the place for strong, serious coffee. Yes, it’s the less picturesque option from the outdoor cute place down by the Fort– but the coffee is Stellar.

Love this place. Really great people who make really great coffee and respect/discount the locals. Only downsides are the access(I’m lazy and i don’t wanna have to walk St. George for coffee, okay?) and the lack of food.

Wonderful coffee, what the world must have been like before Starbucks. Very friendly staff that took the time to answer our coffee questions. It’s just a simple, out of the way coffee place that for coffee freaks like me die for. So make sure you give your business and keep these little places going.

I ordered the Nutty Irishman and it was hazlenutty goodness! Great treat for a chilly day. They have teas and hot chocolate too. Cute little place right at the old gates of St. Augustine!

We were staying at the Holiday Inn just a couple of doors down, so we stopped in for a quick breakfast. I had a ham and cheese croissant and a coffee. Really good. It was a cozy little place and perfect for breakfast.

I’m not into coffee, so I haven’t had any of the coffee unfortunately. I can say, that my friend and I both bought Vitamin Water here. The price was fair and the gentleman at the register was very friendly and was able to answer all of our touristy questions. This was a very cozy little place right in historic St. Augustine!
