Treva is AMAZING! She is kind and gentle. Don’t let her easy demeanor hide her fabulous & fierce skills — which are of the highest standards. I’ve colored my hair for years and paid top NYC and LA prices and she is better! My hair shines after a color and the highlights look completely natural. I recommend her unconditionally. The staff is attentive and a fun place to be and prices reasonable.

Very disappointed with the way my cut came out. I asked the girl to just cut a little and she ended up taking 4 inches off and supposedly did some layers that you could not even notice. She did a very lousy blow dry and as soon as I she was done I almost started crying I looked horrible. Just nothing special and I have beautiful hair. I was embarrassed to say anything in the moment but wanted to warn you that if are looking for a good hair cut please avoid this salon they are young and out of school fresh with little to no experience.

I had my bridal party get ready at London Looks. They were all great! Everyone loved their hair and make up. I got airbrushing make up and an awesome updo. It was great, the staff was so friendly and hospitable. They had appetizers and drinks for us already set up. I highly recommend, if you want a more modern look especially! Also, if you are having a wedding in St. Augustine, it is very convenient! Highly, highly recommend! The salon is beautiful as well. I wanted my salon to be similar to the great experiences I’ve had at LA salons, and the mission was accomplished.
