Mark Anthony Salon and Day Spa

I came to this salon last May to get a couple of braids done on the side of my head for my graduation event. I am not very talented at doing my own hair so I decided to come here to have 3 braids done on the side of my head and that was it… I came with my hair already curled so no styling or washing was done to my hair, just the braids… and I was charged $ 45! $ 45 dollars for 3 little braids on the side of my head, which took the girl about 45 minutes. I guess $ 45 dollars is what they charge for hairstyles but still that seems like a bit much. I recently got a hair cut at the Remedez Aveda Salon in Orem and asked the stylist who was cutting my hair how much they would charge for the same 3 braids and she said maximum $ 20. Maybe the girls there just didn’t know how much to charge for what I had done but I really wanted to ask them «Would you pay $ 45 dollars for this?». Anyways I’m sure they do great haircuts but unfortunately I will never return! Sorry!

I love this salon. everyone is so nice and very accommodating. I’ve always came out of there with my hair looking great. I have been going there for several years and will never go anywhere else. I have also had some great massages there. Fantastic place go try it out. And a thumbs up to Heather.

I was in the area for a period of time and was desperate for hair color and a cut. I found Mark Anthony’s. The color was great and I love the haircut which was a change in hair style for me. If you are in the area this is the place to go to for hair service.

I needed to find a new place since I moved to Springville and I was absolutely blown away! The girl I had been scheduled with had called in sick so instead of rescheduling me, they had the owner of the salon Mark do my hair. My hair cut included a relaxing head and shoulder massage which was a major plus! He also took the time to tell me exactly what he was doing to style my hair and was very nice to talk to. Plus they do punch cards there so that you can save a few bucks for being a loyal customer. I think I will definitely go back!

I’ve been going here for a few years to get my hair done. Even after moving out of the area I travel down to Springville. I love that they use Aveda products!
